Came in today to get a watch battery replaced. Decided to drop it off and have my girlfriend pick it up. Apparently they could not replace my battery because they did not have the right tool and they gave it back. Unfortunately when I came home, I looked at the watch and realized there was a deep scratch from them attempting to open up my watch. Very unprofessional of them not mentioning their failed attempt at opening my watch and scratching it. Definitely would not recommend this watch store if they cannot do a simple battery change.

Been here twice, once to replace some dead batteries in my Nixon watch, and again to add links to another Nixon watch. Both times Jason helped me and was extremely helpful and friendly, adding and removing links until my watch fit perfectly. He is an asset to this store.

Indeed… friendly lady until you have an issue with a watch, which at a hundred dollars may not seem expensive to some, but in this economy it bit into our budget, and as such my husband kept it pristine. Only 5 weeks from purchase the beautiful Nautica watch– band lost it’s vibrant yellow color and turned blueish black. Ms Friendly –at –time –of– purchase didn’t bother to so much as look up at us before telling us we would have to go and purchase another one. That was it… not friendly, not helpful, nothing.
So much for being confident about your product, and «attempting» to make a customer happy. Next time we will purchase at a store that at least gives the appearance of wanting to be helpful, and backs up their product. We will never warm the doorway of this store again. l Star rating for lack of a «0» star.

This is where you get some of your BRAND label watches for cheap, because TIMEX has the Brands and it is cheaper to get it here, they also have a nice program where you pay like ten bucks and get free battery changes for life, can’t beat that.

Nice small store with a good variety of watches. They had good prices and the girl there was very nice and approachable. Didn’t end up buying anything but the selection ended up being a lot better than I would have thought based on the available floor space.
