Todd Andrew Russo Stylist

I would recommend Todd without a doubt. It had been probably 6 months since my last trim and much longer since my last color (3 – 4 inches regrowth). I won’t go into too much detail but I definitely came to him with some sad looking hair. I’m a former stylist and know how important a good consultation is to achieving desired results. Todd gave me exactly that. He asked questions and took my requests into consideration. He is honest about what to expect. I didn’t tell him I’m a cosmetologist because it always made me a little extra nervous when I was doing some one’s hair but I dug his setup. There are magazines and candy and a tv to zone out on. No forced conversation but a more natural interaction. I’m sure we will get to know each other more in the future as I will surely return.

After moving to north county, I struggled to find a great stylist who could also do excellent color. It seems most people are good at one or the other but not both. Todd is fantastic! He always knows what’s best and my hair has never looked better! The compliments keep coming and I highly recommend him to everyone.

After my first appointment he wanted to make another appointment 6 months later. Unsure when I’ll be free and would want another haircut. I told him no I’ll call when I know, but he kept insisting. He booked me for the day after Christmas which I told him I didn’t want.
Six months later, I never saved his number nor the appointment date and completely forgotten about it. Check out attached picture for the rest. I refuse to reply to a person who is clearly being outrageous. I’m scared to be harass like some other post but thought I would bring awareness to others.

Didn’t really listen to what I wanted, I would not go back or refer to friends. I actually had to go home and redo my hair. I’m being polite by giving 2 stars.

Todd is a great stylist, colorist, and hair artist. He is meticulous at his craft and I always enjoy spending the hours in the salon with him for my cut, color, and keratin!

Almost a year has gone by and Todd Russo is still harassing me over my previous Unilocal review. Is anyone else dealing with the same thing? INSANE

Todd is a hair miracle-​worker! I’ve always struggled to find a hair stylist that truly captures my fantasy that I have in my mind of how I want my hair to look like. After many bad experiences with less-​than-​great stylists, I stumbled upon a living social deal for a keratin treatment with Todd that was too good to refuse! Little did I know that Todd is an absolutely incredible colorist and he immediately had spot-​on intuition as to what kind of cut and highlights would truly compliment me. He has like a sixth sense, I swear! I ditched my old stylist and am now a loyal client to Todd as he simply is the best! I’ve never had a bad experience with him and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the North County San Diego area.

I found Todd through an Amazon Local deal and have been a satisfied customer for over a year now. Todd is a true professional, artist, and perfectionist. He really takes his time and makes my hair look awesome! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair since I became his client. Thanks Todd!!!
