We have used Town & Country pool services for 25 years. Rick, the Owner is Awesome. Any time we have any problems, he comes over right away and fixes our pool or Spa. He services our pool with great expertise and is courteous, friendly, respectful and just a great person. He services our pool and Spa and we have always had great service. I would strongly recommend his service. He does a great job and my pool never has problems. He definitely is an expert when it comes to pools and is very reliable. I strongly recommend him and his business.

This is the most unprofessional service person I have ever had at my home. Rick would bring his dog when he serviced our pool. That was fine until we added an outdoor room. I asked Rick to please not bring the dog anymore because he would leave muddy paw prints on my tile. Rick complied for a couple weeks and then started bringing the dog again. I bit my tongue for a good six months. The last time Rick serviced our pool I had our grandchildren and their dogs at our home. The 16 month old was very sick. I had just gotten him to sleep and Rick’s dog caused our dogs to bark when they saw her and woke the baby. I asked Rick why he disregarded my request not to bring his dog. He put his hand up, kept shaking his head and said «you obviously don’t feel well» and would not answer me. I asked again to please give me a reason for not respecting my request. He packed up his things; stormed off and said «you won’t see me again».

Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen. He kept me waiting all day. I kept calling, and he never called back. Finally, he just tells me he is not going to be coming. When I tried to question me why he couldn’t take two minutes out of his day to tell me he wasn’t coming, he hung up on me. Maybe he’s too busy to keep his appointments, but he won’t be for long.
