Also was told to pay 750 in advance. Then few day before ship date, they wouldn’t answer my phone calls. I called and left tons of messages asking what the status was, and when my car would ship. So I asked for a refund, they returned that call! The guy was so rude and insulting! So I called my bank to open a dispute. My bank refunded my money. Then a few days later, I see the charge of $ 750 show up again! So I call my bank, we put a block on their company and I’ve blocked their phone calls. I’m sure it’s them trying to hassle me some more. Beware of this shady, creepy, dishonest company!

This company is a SCAM! I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but after this company tried to steal money from us I felt the need to write this in the hopes of preventing another crime. We uses this so called company as a broker to ship my car from California to Rhode Island after my husband received military orders requiring us to relocate. He called this company who claimed to have a good rating with the BBB on their website (later found out they are not even a member of the BBB) spoke to a woman named LuAnn Hage who said we needed to pay in full $ 750 and she would find us a shipper to pick up the car and transport to RI. The day before our promised ship date we still had not heard anything from them about a pick up time. I called and was reassured the car would be picked up. Eventually the car did get picked up and we were relieved to know it was on its way… Until receiving a call from the shipper stating that we owed them $ 750 upon delivery. This company TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER PAID THE SHIPPER! The shippers then harassed us and threatened to leave our car in terminal until we came up with $ 750 cash or cashiers check only. We pride ourselves on working with businesses that are honest and do not commit fraud. Had we not paid with American Express and had some $ in savings I think we would have been out of luck. Please spread the word on this shady company. They will steal from you and then not return your calls!
