Two Way Direct

They only sell you Fake products. Even after only requesting Motorola brand merchandise, they still sell you knock-​offs. Then, they have different item numbers for the same fake product so they can charge you different amounts. Be Aware.
I also had a radio repaired by them 7 months ago and the radio broken again. Think they were willing to help? No.
They give you the same bs line — I’ll see what I can do. Either fix it or not, don’t play games.

Product does not ship same day, You will be lucky if they have it stock, You will not be notified if it is Back Ordered or if there will be a delay in shipping. It is you the Customers fault for using there website instead of calling them to make sure. Website does not update lack of inventory.
Don’t bother using the chat function on the web site when it gets too tough for them they just disconnect.
Not a fake review Ordered 4/​17, called ⁴⁄₂₀ told it would ship on ⁴⁄₂₂. has not shipped as of ⁴⁄₂₅.

For those who don’t know «Upgraded Shipping» Both USPS First Class and Fed Ex ground take the same amount of time 1 – 3 days. «Don’t I feel special»
