I ordered some uniform items that never arrived. When I looker into that item was returned to vanguard. I contacted vanguard and was advised that it returned because it only had the city listed for shipping. They advised me that I had to pay for shipping again to have it shipped to my home. How DO THEY SHIP TO A CITY ONLY. THATS CRAZY AND THEN I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. THe FEMALE SUPERVISOR WAS NOT HELPFULL AND KIND OF HAD AN ATTITUDE. If u dont have to use vanguard go somewhere else. They dont run a good business and aren’t focused on customer service.

Okay my lesson learned when the dog bites you once shame on the dog and when the dog bites you twice shame on you. Well shame on me there are items I need for my Civil Air Patrol uniform and again I have to order them from Vanguard and again their website system to place orders SUCKS! plus their customer service is not the best and it takes an additional 3 – 5 days for them to fulfill the order and then ship it. WTF! No more I am not ordering anything else from this company.
