Originally went in for some ice cream in the mall when I happen to look to my right. What do I see you ask? Gabriel Union right in their store, I couldn’t believe it! I was immediately approached by a man with a pony tail, he discreetly gave me an autographed picture of himself. He then proceeded to introduce me to her. I also signed up to be a gold card member, and they have been letting me come in and see her ever since.

I never really shop for jewelry but I needed a wedding ring so I went to all the places that are in the mall. This was one of the last places that I looked but this was the first place that said that they could swap out a gemstone on a ring. The customer service was very nice and helpful especially compared to all the other stores. I wanted a ring with Blue Topaz because that was the color that I really liked. They had a really nice band that had a sapphire on it that was different from all the plain or really wide bands I had seen. I still looked around at other stores to make sure I couldn’t find anything else and then I went back and placed my order to have slightly larger topaz replace the sapphire. I was able to pick up my ring about a week later. I did notice a flaw in the topaz and they were able to swap out the stone with one that did not have a feather in it. Thank You. I have had my ring 6 months and it has had to be repaired twice already. When i called to see if my ring was back the woman was super rude on the phone. They were to busy to call or email. And my topaz came back with a chip in it. I don’t know if it’s worth going to get it fixed again or if I should find a competent jeweler.

Me and my girlfriend of two years, planning to get engaged had gone to Weisfield to get a diamond placed into a ring we had already purchased. While there the associate working with me quickly picked up on the military haircut since i was in the military and began asking how long i had been in, already with an understanding that it’s easy to pick up on post-boot camp kids ready to make poor decisions. I ignored the question. Afterward he had asked for my CAC card as well as my unit information, all of such where none of his business. The only reason they wish to know is so that they could personally harass me at my job if payments where in question. Second, we had gone to purchase a marquis diamond and according to what they had offered, they priced the diamond within a range and color pricing category, and i asked about it being unlicenced where i told that it wasnt an issue and that flaws where not visible to the eye. Regardless, they assured the diamond could be turned in or exchanged for its value. Two months later after looking over the diamond in better lighting we find numerous flaws as well as a mismatching coloration to the ring setting. We took it to a jeweler under the same franchise ans with a return call to Weisfield, they denied all of such guarantees, and refused to take back the diamond they had given us. This company is dishonest and especially if you are military, they will be out to make a buck off of you. They literally lied to the both of us and would not take back something they had sold. I wouldnt recommend this company.

i took my engagement ring in to get dipped and was told it would be a 2 week turn around. i was called on the day of pickup and was informed they lost one of my diamonds and replaced it on my warranty. when i saw my ring the diamond was replaced but my ring was scratched and it looked like glue was all over it. i sent it back to have that diamond(the one they lost in the first place) replaced. when the ring came back, they had fixed the diamond but had also resized the ring to a size 3. Again I had to send the ring back, explaining what size the ring had always been and the shape i wanted it. after being told it was being rushed and still waiting another 2 weeks, my ring came back again not what i asked for and not what it originally was. i gave them my ring in December and didnt receive it back until February. my ring is still incorrect and the diamonds push against my finger. the customer service i received during the process was terrible. i only took my ring in to be dipped and they ruined my ring and my experience.

Very impressed with the customer service here! They’re not overbearing and don’t try to sell you something you don’t want. My fiancée and I thought Steve was very helpful and can’t wait to see what my ring will look like when it’s done!

Ok. every time I try and post a 1 star review it gets put into the non recommended review area. The staff here does not know their own warranty procedures at all. We lost out on nearly $ 400 and almost lost a lifetime diamond warranty on a statement made by one of the employees at the Carlsbad store. After the incident, the store manager was short with us and said the employees that helped us was a trainee… trainees should not be making decisions without the input of a senior or supervisor. Long story short… my wife now has a ring that she didn’t want… Weisfield store manager says it’s close enough to a Tiffany band so it it’ll be alright. We had to purchase it to keep my wife’s lifetime diamond warranty with them. She knew she had us in the corner and that is unprofessional. This is only the tip of the iceberg on whay happened. But i soend the time to post the review and it gets moved. Let’s see where this review gets moved to. This is my third one.

I love this place, my husband has gotten 80% of my jewelry here. They are always friendly, very helpful and give you their honest opinion. I get compliments on the jewelry all the time. My only criticism would be to hire more staff because every time I go in there, there’s usually a line.

I had to get a silver chain shortened by several inches and a different clasp installed. The ladies who helped me were very patient. The cost was reasonable(about $ 80 for both) and the chain arrived back looking great within 2 weeks. Highly recommend Weisfield Jewelers.

Haven’t done too many reviews of retailers, so I’m happy to be providing this one about Weisfield jewelers! 3 years ago the honey bought my engagement ring from this store and was pleased with the service given to him then. Within this past week we returned to choose and purchase our wedding bands. My engagement ring’s companion was still available and that made my selection experience quick and painless! The man, however, required much more time and attention from the sales associate as she had to place band after band before him. With that I must say: I’m thankful for the patience and generosity of the staff. It’s comforting not to feel as though you are simply a sale but are someone in the store wishing to buy rings that hold such significant meaning! So my fiancé’s ring would take 40 days to be sized accordingly but we are having a rather impromptu wedding ON Christmas: needless to say we’d need a ring ASAP in order to exchange something at our ceremony! The woman helping us offered many different options as to what we could do but we decided we’d take the ring my fiancé wanted but at whatever size the store had. Once his ring in the correct size is available we can exchange the one we purchased in the wrong size, no problem! Gorgeous band on sale too, impressive! Financing made easy, we even received a deal where we’d get $ 100 back on returning for the ordered band! Before we left the associate cleaned and inspected my engagement ring; all was well. Definitely satisfied!

Need a ring, talk to Kim. Need someone to trust, talk to Kim. This guy who runs the store is great, i got my g/f’s engagement ring from here and Kim and his crew helped us every step of the way!!!
