Wish I could rate lower, but One star is the lowest. They told me $ 2.00 a shirt. When I went to pick up my shirts, they charged me $ 2.85. Terrible customer service. The person at the register didn’t care and made no action to fix the problem. She said it was my problem. She finally got on the phone after 20 minutes of me explaining what I wanted, which was to get my shirts back for the price I was told. Had pieces that were not ready after being guaranteed that the would be. They don’t show their prices anywhere in the store — Isn’t that somehow illegal or against California Civil Code? Never going back EVER.

Terrible customer service. I was a loyal customer for 6.5 years here, dry-cleaning as well as alterations. Then I had three pairs of brand new(with tags on) expensive jeans taken in by them. One pair was taken in too much, so I asked them to correct it. When I came back, the jeans were in rough shape. The seam marks where they had been taken in on the butt & waist and then let out again were clearly visible from the back — it looked like I peed my pants. They said they would«fix» it but when I came back(for the 3rd time!) there was no noticeable difference. I wasn’t able to catch the owner, who did the alterations, so the sales girl was kind enough to phone her for me. I was completely insulted & berated by this woman. I had taken pictures of the jeans since she wasn’t there, and texted them to her, but she kept insisting the issues were not her fault, and that they had BEENLIKETHAT(um, hello, they were new with tags?). She was so awful to me that I was in tears. The sales girl was horrified and told me that she could clearly see what I was talking about, and to go to another location & talk to the husband. I went the next week when I had calmed down but he was just as bad. They would take no responsibility. He said I should return the jeans to Nordstrom because they were defective. They weren’t defective when I bought them! And they had taken all the tags off all the jeans. When I asked why, they said it was their policy? The tags did not interfere with any alterations they were asked to do. I showed the jeans to the tailor at Nordstrom & they were appalled and showed me all the errors that I hadn’t even seen. Of course Nordstom wouldn’t take them back, so that’s $ 150 wasted. I am so frustrated that this company of which I was a loyal customer for 6+ years treated me this way. Not even«I’m sorry» or offering me a credit. NOTHING. Do not go there! These people do not stand behind their work.

these people have a hard time understanding what customer service is. first of all, my clothes were not ready when they said they would be, and on top of that, they mixed my laundry with another person’s laundry as well. who does that?! then proceeds to hold up people’s underwear so that i can identify which laundry is mine and which is the other person’s. DONOT take your clothes here– just bad service all around! on top of that they offered me a 10% discount while i waited for 30 minutes for my clothes and had to sort through other people’s laundry!

Stuff not ready when promised. Since I needed these clothes for a business trip the next day, I waited for nearly 45 minutes as they tried to wrap everything up. They ended up «Misplacing» one of my shirts in the process. The shirt was found a few days later, but considering they were among the most expensive, I won’t be going back.
