The food is great! Service is amazing! They are also very family oriented. Joe is always asking how my father is doing as he is dealing with a medical challenge in his life. They care about their product and they also care about you #respect

I’ve been ordering from this place for years now (Wednesdays) are usually pizza nite in our family. I ordered on line today because they gave me a $ 5 coupon last time I was there. The discount was not taken off, when I questioned the driver (Dan) he said he had to call his boss Joe
Joe proceeded to tell him that I went to the wrong website. HELLO I went to your website according to the coupon. It not my fault YOUR website directed me to the wrong site. After going back and forth with me he said just give my the total after the $ 5 discount. And he hung up on me! Wow great customer service!

I am very disappointed in my service today. I have been ordering from here for about 2 years now. I ordered today the Bella sampler, a slice and a Snapple. When it arrives I only get my sampler and my Snapple. I call back to tell them they forgot my slice, she tells me I never told her & then says whatever I will have it sent over. Does not say Sorry or anything just hangs up on me. Now when my ONE SLICE gets here he hands me the receipt with ANOTHER delivery fee on it. Now why am I paying twice for a delivery fee when this was not my fault? I will not be ordering from here anymore. I was warned about this place 2 years ago, but don’t like to take other peoples word for anything, I regret not that, but hey lesson learned. Have a great day!

It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered from this pizzeria, then again it’s been a long time since I’ve been in the area. This pizzeria used to be amazing. Now: the mushrooms come from a can and are so full of preservatives that they maintain that yellow hue when cooked. They used to make their own mozzarella, either they stopped or forgot the recipe. The fried calamari was rubber and came from a box. Everything thing on their menu comes frozen and Bella Pizza has become a glorified microwave. Oh, and all of their food is Sooo bland, that the fresh green peppers on my pizza drowned out all other flavors.

Niño and Angelo run the show of the Carlstadt soccer teams and the best pizza Carlstadt knows.
They cater they are reasonable and their menu has expanded try any of their wraps or garlic knots which taste so fantastic…
I wasn’t on the Bella sponsored team but soccer was the best thing as kids ran, shot and played GOALIE.

I’m in the area and was a regular here but I must say like others their quality and service has declined. I also agree that it can use renovation and they have no AC in summer. Also, seats are very limited. The pizza keeps getting thinner and scarce on cheese. Its not cheesy at all and their crust is hard considering their prices. They used to have an incentive with pie boxes with coupon if you got 15 you’d get a free one and their not even doing it most times. They claim they ran out of boxes. Also, he pulled his coupons off menus and now they sporadically come out in mail or clipper. If you call and complain about food they dont do anything about it, their customer service is very poor. I used to buy good food here a few years ago. They are slacking. Their delivery is fast but its sloppy with cold pies and they add a delivery charge. I will be finding me another regular place and not spending my $ here for poor food quality.

The quality of their food has gone down over the past few years. Most recently, my last order was so awful that I ended up throwing it away. I ordered a pan/​Sicilian pizza and the dough was raw and the cheese was barely melted. I also ordered the veggie sampler and the mozzarella sticks, zucchini sticks were soft and mushy. Very disappointed because when I first moved to the area, this place was really great.

Get the plain slice and avoid the Sicilian. Seriously, if the plain wasn’t so good I’d give this place 1 star based on the Sicilian and lack of AC in the place. Eating hot food while you’re hot is a terrible prospect. It was probably hotter inside the pizzeria than it was outside in the shade. I’ll probably do that on my next visit.
Pricing is fair but parking is foul. The pizzeria is located on the hilliest street in the neighborhood, so make sure that parking brake is pulled all the way up to the roof.
For real.
Again, stick with plain slice. It’s got a nice crunch, balanced flavor, and served at the perfect temp.

My co-​workers & I just started ordering delivery from here. The pizza and chicken cesar salad have been great.
Even though they say its 40 min delivery, it rarely is-​gets here faster.
And a nice perk is they a daily free lunch winners!

I ate only pizza from Bella Pizza so my review is about this. they have really delicious pizza, you can have it delivered or you can pick it up in apx 15 minutes after you place the order. my fav is half pepperoni half cheese :)
the price is ok, a large pie is apx 14 $

Good service helps this place squeak by with a 3-​star review, but the food wasn’t my favorite and I probably would not return.
Came here on a Groupon. Had a large 2 topping pizza (pepperoni and ricotta) with an antipasto salad. Prices are pretty good, great with the groupon.
The pizza was ok, I didn’t care for the crust – it was tough and chewy, though in their defense I do think I picked it up about 10 minutes late. Sauce was quite good. There wasn’t enough mozzarella coverage for my taste, and the ricotta (which was added as a topping), was also too sparse. The salad was a generous amount of swiss cheese, salami, ham and fresh mozzarella, over a bed of plain iceberg lettuce, a few tomato chunks and olives. The red wine vinaigrette was actually crazy good, not too oily as places like this frequently serve.

Ordered a 14″ meatball sub and there were no meatballs at each end of the sub. Maybe they fell out, when they were wrapping the sub or they were trying to save money. If I paid for a 14″ sub then I should get meatballs filling up the 14″.
The spinach that we ordered was «used». My coworker found new and fresh spinach clumped in with an old batch of leftover spinach.
Delivery is fairly quick around 20minutes from time of order so I gave them 1 extra star.

Pizza is very thin crust and sauce is good. A bit soggy. Served somewhat cold, although staff seems nice.

I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid the pizza is great and I think the best part is the family. Nino and his sons are always working and making sure you are happy. I love their homemade black cherry soda too!
