Friendly Vending

I do not often take time out of my hectic schedule to write a Unilocal review about a business, but this time, I simply had to make the exception. I own a medium-​sized facility and it’s been rapidly growing the past several years. When it came time to choose a vending machine service, the options were aplenty. So after some research and a recommendation from a friend, I went with Friendly Vending. «Friendly» is not enough of a word to encompass the excellent and quite unbelievable service provided by this business. They honestly and wholeheartedly treated me as if I were there only customer, a feeling that has been lost for decades in any service-​based industry. Not only did they provide me and my business with excellent products, they provided me with service that exceeded my often unreachable standards (just ask any of my employees about that haha!). Overall, if you need to make any choice for vending, you would be a fool not to choose Friendly Vending.

When we decided to get vending machines at our location, we did not know where to look. Friendly vending was recommended to us so we called. We had our machines within days. They arrive weekly to fill up and when we have a problem with a machine, Sam comes to the rescue immediately. He is always very professional and we love dealing with him. I highly recommend them.

Fast and «Friendly» service. We’ve tried several vending services and always had issues with promptness and freshness… not so with this company. Filling vending machines is not rocket science. All it takes is a little caring. Sam and his guys really care.
