Such a beautiful place and nice employees. They even offered my service dog water which is a first. Great place and great wine!

Excellent wine, very nice space. The gentleman who served us our wine flight was very friendly and informative-even gave us some local park, event, and winery recommendations. We bought a bottle of Pinot and look forward to enjoying it, but actually really liked every wine in the tasting. Nice place!

View: 2 stars In downtown Carlton. It’s a cute town… but the view leaves a lot to be desired here. Wines: 4 stars Good selection of wines for variable palates. Several whites and reds with reserves available. Most of the wines were tasty and would pair well with food. Several stand-out Chardonnays. Price: 4 stars The wines mostly ran between 20 – 30.00 a bottle. Tasting is 10.00 that is refundable with bottle purchase. *****bonus: check in on Unilocal and get a free tasting, and there is a 15.00 for 30.00 coupon!!! Overall-great winery stop if you’re going through town. The gentleman serving us was knowledgable and friendly. They also had snacks out the day we were there.

we wanted to make one more stop at a tasting room before heading back to pdx, so we took Unilocal’ recommendation and went to K&M. Awesome experience and friendly staff.

Stopped by K & M with some girlfriends for our own terrific lady day! Wines were exceptional and the gentleman staffing the bar was not only knowledgeable but a total delight. Big fan.

Very Very relaxing place. Will always stop here. The guy that pours, I think is one of the owners, is personable, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. We don’t have any K & M in our wine rack, but will soon. Thanks

I’ve been to K & M for a total of 3 times in the past 3 years. I have had nothing but great things to say about this place since I first stepped in here. Ken and his staff are an amazing group of people and the wine is delicious. Whenever my parties have had a question about a wine, anybody from their staff has been able to answer our question. The snack area they have is also incredible. Whenever I am back in Oregon, I always make sure to stop by K & M!

Very friendly staff in a cute town a little off the beaten path of 99W. We found K & M wines from their check-in special on Unilocal. We had a fun time tasting, talking to the staff, and chatting with other visitors. We picked up a bottle of the Syrah to take home with us!

We decided to stop here because of the $ 15 for $ 30 Unilocal deal and we were headed to Carlton anyway. It was quite overwhelming to figure out which tasting rooms to go to in Carlton with limited time and so many options. We were glad we stopped in here. The young man working behind the counter seemed a bit timid and shy but was so friendly and full of tips/pointers for the area. I got the feeling he hadn’t been working there for long but he made up for it with his personality, as he started relaxing. Not sure if there is a tasting fee, as we did not pay one, and I don’t think it had to do with the Unilocal deal. Their wines are very reasonably priced and our two favorites were the Pinot Noir Cuvee and their Reserve. Cute space with local art too.

Loved my visit to K & M. They are super nice and welcoming. Their wines are yummy, loved the Reserve I tasted last Saturday. The flight consisted of 5 wines but they actually had us taste a total of 8, 3 that aren’t available yet. They had nibbles for us too. We took over their table in the front window and they were more than happy to bring the wine to us even though we were happy to go up to the tasting bar. When I asked if it would be possible to get a glass of water they brought some for our entire party of 10, really going above and beyond. I will definitely go back on my next visit to Carlton!

The best Pinot Noir in Oregon! Ken and Mauro are awesome as well. A must visit if doing a tour… if you can’t visit, order online.

After living in Sherwood for 3 years, we finally decided to check out the Sherwood wineries figuring that we probably wouldn’t be too impressed. We couldn’t have been more wrong. It ended up being a great afternoon of wine tasting and K&M was our favorite among them. They are really an example of doing what they do very well. They don’t make high-end pinots or have a super-snooty tasting room, but what they do have is definitely worth a visit. Their tasting area overlooks their small vineyard and is more like hanging out in a friend’s backyard — wonderfully relaxing and mellow. Ken and Mauro themselves were both on hand when I visited their tasting room and tasted their wines at a few events, and they’re decent guys to hang with as well. And the wines themselves are definitely good, especially at their price point. We just opened a bottle of their 2008 Chardonnay last night and really enjoyed it with our meal. I can’t remember the exact price, but it was so affordable that we bought a case. We also bought 3 or 4 bottles of their pinot which we found to be very good given the price. These are bottles that you’ll love to have on hand for more casual gatherings. My only negative comment would be about their parking situation. We almost didn’t go there because parking was painful, but we stopped on our way back by and were very glad we did.
