They called me the morning they were scheduled to arrive and said the technician called in sick and had to reschedule for the following day. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience. The following day, they called and said that one of the technicians had quit and the other 2 were unavailable. They said the had to cancel(not reschedule) & said they wouldn’t blame me if I went with someone else! No offer to make things right. No attempt to keep my business. Wow.

These folks cleaned several walk-off rugs(for entryways and such) that had been soaked with muddy water as a consequence of a flood. I dropped them off at their facility and picked them up several days later. The mud was gone but they still smelled a little musty or mildew-ish. The fellas were kind enough to treat them with another product to address the smell. When I picked them up again, the smell was greatly diminished(not just covered up with fragrance). Though I don’t recall exactly what I paid, the price seemed fair(and I’m a cheapskate). The fellas were well-spoken and professional. I will use them again when the time comes.

My experience with this company was troublesome. In short(and to avoid writing a lengthy story), their equipment failed; causing a mess, which led to quite an ordeal in their handling of the situation. Unfortunately, my opinion of the poor experience was not valued by the owner. Consequently, I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to respond to this review by belittling it. He chose to resolve our differences in a very unprofessional manner. I would recommend staying away from this place. They record all phone calls, so it is important to be aware of that if you call them. Evidence of the owner’s abrasiveness can be found in his response to the other customer’s Unilocal review(dated 12/12/2012). My opinion is that he is only concerned about himself and how his company is perceived instead of taking care of the customers. Apparently they are struggling with this as this company has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau website. I had previously written a review on either Google or Yahoo, but it has since vanished. Wonder why that would happen. Their contract/policy agreement was littered with language to cover themselves in any situation and place ultimate blame and responsibility in the hands of the customer. It even contained language pertaining to what is acceptable and not acceptable to post in online reviews. As soon as I signed their policy agreement, I lost all reasoning power. Bottom line, they are defensive about everything and in my opinion come no where near to being the best in the business… as they describe themselves.

I called to schedule a carpet cleaning for 8 rooms originally. I found the company in the money mailer that comes in the mail. The quote for the 8 rooms was $ 199 or so. I asked on the phone how much the stain remover was and he replied the tech would explain it when he got there. I should have known… Anyway, the carpet guy was very professional. Arrived within the 2 hour service window. He explained it would be $ 15 extra per room to use the rotovac(deep clean service), and $ 15 per room to do a deep clean for especially soiled areas. So, basically the cost of the job was doubling. So, I decided to only do 5 rooms(charged for 6 due to size) for a total of $ 229.95. I then asked about the red stains that the deep clean and rotovac didn’t remove and he explained it would be $ 25 per stain! Geeze! The night before I had done some research and it said use amonia, a terry cloth towel and an iron to remove red stains and it worked.(def cheaper than $ 25 per stain, plus the other stains). Although the end result was good, I don’t like purchasing anything when you don’t know the prices in advance. Be cautious…
