I had purchased a Groupon here about 2 years ago. Showed up the first time and she wasn’t there. Waited 15 min then called and left a message. She clled me back 10 min later saying she was picking up her kids! Very unprofessional. Rescheduled and the service was terrible, she didn’t even use toner with my highlights, my hair was like straw and the cut was horrible. I had to hold back the tears as I left. She rushed thru because another customer showed up! Will never recommend this business.

Bonnie is great. The hair removal was less than stellar. Spent 300+ dollars on hair removal and it didn’t remove any hair. Very disappointing
