Great cleaning and attention to detail, but like most local dry cleaners the amount of single-​use plastic in their business is appalling. It took me a few tries, but I was able to convince them to avoid all plastic on my order and return my clothes in a recyclable bag that I provide. Very appreciate that they accommodated me and hope they start to offer and promote a non-​plastic bag solution for all of their customers.

I’ve used Carmel Rancho Cleaners for about 15 years. They have never once disappointed me and I’ve even had clients ask where I have my clothes cleaned. Organic cleaning! Timely and cheerful. If I have a big load, they will even help carry my things to the car. I’ve had Dann pick up my drapes, clean them, and rehang them for me. That is service! If you need alterations, they have a seamstress right in the shop and she gets things done in a less than a week.

Friendly people, reasonable prices, fast service– what else do you need? They also have a laundromat with BIG machines, if you want to do a large item yourself. Easy parking, too.
