I have no idea how their prices compare to other security companies, so if you’re looking for tips on price, I can’t really help you. I think what we pay is fair, and that’s all that matters.
What I CAN tell you is that they have EXCELLENT customer service. They have always been on time for service appointments, helpful and responsive via email and phone, and easy to contact. When you call, you actually speak to a person — such a novelty! When they say they will follow up, they do! They are one of the MOST pleasant companies we have had the pleasure of doing business with.
I know there are a lot of caps in this review. They’re worth it.
