Chick-fil-A

I don’t easily give away 5 stars, but they earn it every time. Even among Chick-​fil-​A locations, this one stands out. Their service is fast, courteous, and accurate every single time. Even with 20 cars in the drive up, we get through quickly. Dine in and you will get fresh flowers on your table and you will see someone always there to refill your drink or take your trash. They really know what they are doing and I enjoy my experience every time.

Whew! I had a «Tale of Two Stories» today. This morning my family and I went to Chick-​fil-​a in between soccer games, well, because we love the food and service. We ordered our meal and the manager came with our order and apologized for the wait (we didn’t notice a wait… as we were just happy to be out of the rain and enjoying our time together). There were a few things wrong (which wasn’t a big deal to my husband or me) but my kids wanted their spicy chicken sandwich that they love :). So, I just asked them if they could switch the order to correct it for just the kids. The manager came over and took what we had with our receipt and came back quickly with our correct ordered and comp-​ed our meal! It was way above and beyond. So generous! And once again proving why we always go to Chick-​fil-​a when I am in a 10 minute radius of one :)
Later in the evening we ate at a restaurant in downtown Indy where we were quoted a 30 minutes wait time and after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes the hostess told us «we can go somewhere else since they didn’t know if they could seat us anytime soon». It was such a great teaching opportunity for my kids to talk about business and why customer service is so important. Thank you Chick-​Fil-​A for always going above and beyond.

I never knew how great this place is. I usually only go through drive-​thru, but until recently I started dining in since they have a small play area for my daughter. I have always liked their food, but now I realize they do a lot of little things that other fast food places don’t do.

They have Place mats for little kids.
The more expensive Ketchup packets where u can dip ur fried into.
They use new clean wet toilettes when they clean the tables instead of a dirty rag.
And accidentally came to family night on Tuesday. It was a mad house, but they had free Cotten candy, balloon animals person, tattoo person, and outside a small petting zoo. What fast food place does this…
And It seems like the employees have a good attitude and like working here. Great service. One of the employees just asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink.
They are doing all the right thing because every time I come here there are always a ton of people here.

First, I’ll admit this is my first time at this Chick-​fil-​A. Normally, I’d wait until visiting a couple of times before reviewing, but my experience was excellent — way above the average fast food visit. So I wanted to review to let others know!
To set the stage, I rolled into this location at 2 pm on a Monday, and it was just on a whim. The place was slammed. As I drive up, I saw the line if cars wrap around the building for the drive thru. I was in no hurry, but I definitely didn’t think I’d want to sit in line in my car. By the time I’d parked and gotten out of my car to go in to order (all of about 1 minute), the drive thru line was waaayyy shorter. Super fast!
Inside, lots of tables were full, but there was still plenty of seating. Not a sole was in line for food, so I walked up greeted by a super nice gal and ordered my food (after asking for suggestions on quantity — haven’t been to a Chick-​fil-​A in years). She was very helpful and efficient, and although they give me a thing to put on my table to bring me my food, I was barely seated before it arrived. Food was tasty too! Cool!
Best parts? Yes parts — there are 3:
1) a lovely lady patrolled the dining room, cleaning and getting refills (getting refills! — unheard of in fast food)
2) the lady was really cleaning — vacuuming the floor, wiping down seats and tables, etc
3) free wi-fi…that actually had a good connection!
Suffice it to say I’ll visit this location again when I’m over this way!

Quickie Review: A great Chick-​fil-​A with everything you’ve come to love about them.
When Chick-​fil-​A first came into Westfield I was ecstatic and ever since then they have been able to maintain top quality of the brand which is an accomplishment. The staff is always friendly and the store is always packed. I look forward to many more years of this Chick-​fil-​A successfully and positively serving the community!

One of my favorite places to get a chicken sandwich. I love the Grilled Chicken Club with the special BBQ sauce packet. The waffle fries are great and I love the ketchup packets where I can squeeze just the right amount onto each and every fry. They also have fruit salad sides and salads if you are looking for a healthy option.
It can be pretty busy at lunch and dinner times. It’s better to try to go at an off hour.
My office often gets catering from this location and everyone gets super excited when they see the chicken strips.

This place is always always always packed and full of families. They have a large play area for the kids too. I do like that they get people in and out and we always manage to find a table and a parking spot. I totally think they need a bigger building. We always go in since the drive through is busy.
Ordering is always easy and our order has always been correct. I usually get the regular breaded chicken sandwich and my husband is a fan of the grilled. I am a huge fan of their waffle fries. When not totally crazy busy they often walk around offering refills or our drinks.
The restrooms are always clean and I like the fresh flowers on the tables.
In November and December they are giving free hot and iced coffee. The iced coffee is really good. It’s one per person, but my husband got a soda so I snagged his too.

Love this place. I have never been treated better at a restaurant. Zach part of the management team is a true leader. Every time I walk in he greats me with a smile. He has even gotten to the point of knowing if something is wrong. Food is always hot and fresh. Not big on drive thru but it is nice to have someone outto take the order and not talking to the box. Watched someone who had a problem with the food or something and not only was it made right away but was done out of compassion and respect. Wish more places were like this. Keep up the good work.

If you want good chicken there’s Popeye’s on Carmel Drive in Carmel, if you want GREAT CHICKEN, find yourself a CHURCH’S CHICKEN, and you’ll never go back here again. .. unless your car broke down near it.

The drive-​thru service was quick and friendly, my order was correct and the food was great as always. Pretty much the quality you expect from Chick-​Fil-​A.

Chic-​Fil-​A is one of those guilty pleasures that we all love. I don’t know anyone who isn’t a fan of their food. In fact, many local companies in this area have Chic-​fil-​A catered-​in during employee events. My only minor complaint is the crowd level. I’ve been to this location several times, and not once has it been anything less than standing-​room-​only. The place is packed to the hilt, and the drive-​thru is usually wrapped around the building at least once. That’s good for the owners, but bad for those of us who don’t want to go to a concert mosh pit for a meal. Would it kill Corporate to open a few more franchises? If you build it, they will come. One other side note: Avoid any discussion (while you’re dining in) about human evolution or about the world being older than 6000 years, just an FYI.

This is a pretty great Chick fil-​a. Yes, the food is good. I like that the menu is simple. And my food has always been fresh there.
What I really like about the Westfield Chick Fil-​a is all they do for the community. It seems like they are always hosting a fundraiser night for a local school. If they aren’t doing that, they are having free breakfast Wednesday’s or Mom-​son or daddy-​daughter date nights. My son LOVES the date night and taking the limo ride and giving me a (complimentery) rose. As soon as it’s over, he talks about the next one.
The employees are always friendly and service is quick. It’s a good place.

I’ve been here several times, and every time make me like this place more.
Staffs are nice people, food are delicious, room is clean.
Will go back regularly!

I never get my order full every single time! I have to pull up and go inside to get what’s missing. I visited them twice the first time they forgot my straw, and the second time is my fries!

Best chicken in 5 min that you can ever eat. People are really courteous and make sure that you are enjoying your meal. They even placed a mat down for my daughter before she ate. I was just wondering where mine was. The new charbroiled chicken is a great addition to the already amazing waffle fries and the shakes.

I bring my family here all the time and I am constantly surprised at how thoughtful the staff is. They really are accommodating with me and family.

Always fantastic customer service that goes way beyond the price of the food. My favorite ‘fast food’ place by far! Good quality is very high and the cleanliness is stellar. Great restaraunt!

Nuggets, nuggets, nuggets! And a cup of lemonade… Great food, fast food and great service. They are a great community leader and committed to service good fast food.

OK, so it is a fast food joint. Everyone has heard of it and most everyone has eaten here. But compared to ALL other fast food places, Chick-​fil-​a knows what they are doing. I love their spicy chicken sandwich and who could turn down their waffle fries. Their drive thru is speedy and all the employees are friendly and courteous. I wish other fast food places would take a queue from Chick-​fil-​a. Kind employees, hot, correct food and speedy service= return customers.

Customer appreciation day rocked! I’m happy that I can choose to eat here because I have the freedom of choice and yes their food is delicious for a fast food chain. As far as the political side, there shouldn’t be one. We have freedom of speech in this country and that goes for both sides of this argument. I can support the choice and freedom of speech. What I don’t choose is to be hateful. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
