They did a great job piercing my 5 yr olds ears. Very kind and gentle. Even offered to do both ears at once and both ladies were wonderful! My daughter is happy and so is mom :)

I had a very bad experience there. The girl was not professional and she was extremely shaky! I understand it’s scary doing a babies ears but she was careless too. She didn’t take time lining things up and despite my multiple complaints to get the dots level my daughters ears ended up very uneven. I had to remove it right away and when I did I could see she wasn’t even close to her «dot». When I went back to get it re-​done the lady never apologized, she just justified that the first girl was new. I don’t care! Then she needs more training! She made no attempt to do any service recovery. Overall a very bad experience and will never go back there again or allow any friends to either.
