Danette did an amazing job for us. Initially, making the decision to buy a home was a great. Danette made herself very available to show us homes as soon as possible, trying to get us into homes before being listed. However, as our family moved through the process — our search for a home became a little more daunting. Our son was developing relationships in the neighborhood, there was little on the market in Sq Footage we desired, we were now tying ourselves to a specific model home, in a very specific neighborhood. About to give up, a house came on the market — Danette made herself available to show us the home immediately and helping to come up with an offer. Since there were some personal things that came into play with our move — we both discussed doing a letter to share a bit of our story. We also knew that actually doing a VA Loan was not really to our advantage. Most sellers do not want to deal with VA. Danette provided us with an excellent referral to handle the mortgage lending, with someone experienced with VA loans, she also had her own ideas on how to present our offer to be more attractive to the seller. A few days later our offer was accepted and the process from there was great. We love our home and the decision to move. The Jones family is happy.
