Came here a few days ago and it was great. The budtenders were very knowledgable and helped me pick out some vaping stuff. Also picked up some purple pineapple and some AK-47 and was blown away by the quality. Also got a free gram for being a first time patient. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I’m brand new to this whole thing, medical or recreational I have no knowledge of anything. I was really nervous to even go in because of how little I knew. I felt ridiculous for feeling that way after I went into Higher Level. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front desk agent seemed so excited to be welcoming a new patient and it made me feel like I chose the right place. I went into the shop and Ariel was absolutely fantastic. I had a TON of questions and she answered everything in detail. I think we talked for 30 – 40 minutes. She went above and beyond in educating me, and I am so appreciative. She made her recommendations and I purchased a few different things. I look forward to returning to explore some more! Thanks Ariel :) and everyone at HL.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Difficult to find, with some location limitations (it is after all in an upscale area). All in all, well worth the effort.

I had a wonderful experience at Higher level, thank you. The location was easy to find, as it sits on the corner of Carmel rancho blvd, and Rio rd. Once inside, the atmosphere was very inviting and the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was pleased with the medicine and all the products offered. I have been a patient for several years and I am relieved to have found this gem, I will be returning soon. Thank you again!
