They’re so friendly and great food! I usually preorder my food, and I love that a lot!

Really great people here and really great food. It’s Valentine’s Day and the size of the order we needed to place to feed our staff was monstrous. I came in early to pick up the food to find a lot of hardworking people busy working away. You can definitely tell the restaurant is family owned, and looks significantly cleaner than other family owned places. The staff is friendly the food is great, and we’ll definitely order from here again. Thanks Hong Kong for feeding our team of 50.

You would think anyone would be thrilled to work next to a Chinese restaurant, right? Wrong. Very very wrong. This place makes me so mad! Every single time I order something the lady at the counter always tells me «we’ve gone up $ 1 – 2 $ because prices go up.» Every single time– really?! For what you pay the portions suck. They are always stingy with the amount of meat in the dishes. And can the cooks afford to wash their once was white apron once in a blue moon?! It’s the color of a dirty dark mop bucket water. Grosses me out to think they are they ones preparing my meal. I’ve tried liking this place soooo many times and they always seem to disappoint. But on a positive note– the orange chicken and generals tso is pretty decent if that’s your last resort. This place gets a big thumbs down for this chick.

We went here on a whim one night since it’s so close to home and were pleasantly surprised with our take out. We’d definitely order again!

We order here a couple times per month. Good food. Nice people. Great delivery service. My only complaint is that the dining room needs cleaning. Dirty windows, dirty tables, messy counter… Spruce things up a bit, make it sparkle and business will improve!

Always fast and friendly service here we usually only do take out the food is good and portion sizes are generous the family especially likes any of the lo mein dishes Kung Pao chicken is also very good. They value their customers and we are recognized as repeat customers even if we only eat here about once per month. Solid local family restaurant

It is a cheap Chinese takeout place that also delivers. It is staffed by a family. There really are no good places to get your cravings for Chinese solved in Carmel, but this is one of the ok in a pinch.

Not impressed. Have lived in this area for many years, but this was my first visit to Hong Kong. Visited for a late dine-in lunch and was the only one in the restaurant. Took 20+ minutes to get a standard chicken lunch entrée. Took another 10 minutes for the egg rolls I ordered. Chicken was terribly over-cooked and felt like leather. Lady came out halfway through my meal and asked if chicken was too crispy… almost as if she knew it was bad before serving. I won’t be back.

It’s good. Not great. I’ve been pleased with my order every time. It’s what I expect from most Chinese places.

I have to write this review solely b/c …well I order here at least once a week and I haven’t written anything about it. :) Let’s just say that it’s Chinese. There is nothing SUPER special about Hong Kong but I am a FAN b/c — a) they deliver — this is a big deal for a mother of two AND someone who works from home who forgets to eat. b) they are super friendly and c) it’s consistent. I always get the beef lomein(sp?) and/or the broccoli chicken combination. Both are fresh and in my opinion NOT as greasy as some other Chinese food places. The broccoli is always just the right amount of crunch and the chicken isn’t grissly or gross. I really like the crab rangoon too. Too bad for Hong Kong that I am a very strict diet and not indulging nearly as much as I used to but when I do get Chinese, this is my local area«go to». I don’t think I’d go out of my way for it but it’s great for the Brookshire neighborhood :)
