Jiffy Lube

Do not go to this Jiffy Lube! Took my car here for an oil change and they stripped the oil plug and installed a temporary plug without telling me. Very next time I needed an oil change I took my car back to the same location and they said they couldn’t change my oil because «someone» had installed a temporary plug. When I told them that they had changed my oil the last time I needed it, they said «it wasn’t in the notes.» Poor craftsmanship and shady practices.

3 bays two of which are open 25 minute wait before they can get started? I’m assuming they have some staffing problems here so I guess I’ll try another one.

I pulled right up and had no wait. Corey at the front desk was really helpful and efficient. I’ll definitely be back in 5k miles.

I’ve been going here for about a year now. It’s not the least expensive oil change in the area, but sometimes it’s worth it to pay more for good, prompt service. This is the most courteous staff I’ve found at any comparable business, the whole shop and waiting area are incredibly clean, and while they do the usual amount of gratuitous upselling, they also offer great advice.
When I was in there recently for a routine oil change, I asked them about a loud squeak that I suspected was belt-​related. I knew they did belt replacements, so I was hoping they could help. They did more than that — They explained that the problem was really a combination of belt and tensioner, and quoted a price for the replacement that was very reasonable, and that I found out when I looked it up was less than what I would pay if I walked into a car parts store and bought just the parts.
They had to order the parts, but they could get them within an hour, so I had them do the oil change, then returned to my office for a couple hours to attend a meeting, then came back and had the parts replaced.
I was extremely pleased with the service, speed, price, and quality of the work.
