Okay — 4 stars for the dental assistant I had(really nice). CUSTOMERSERVICE is no stars! In scheduling an appointment it took the office 2 days to call me back(that should have been a sign). I had to reschedule that appointment and that took 3 days(that’s when I should have ran). I try to give everyone the benefit so I went to my appointment. After my cleaning and x-rays, I was told I need dental work and asked if I wanted to schedule that appointment. Like anyone would do — I asked if they would submit me the balance after they conferred with my insurance company so I could see how much I would have to pay. Guess what? It’s been over two months and nothing! I guess they don’t need my business. I will not be going back.
