Nice selection of everyday bourbons, along with some occasional rare gems. Prices are some of the best I’ve found in New York. I’ve seen where some people have had negative things to say about the owner, but, aside from a little (I think) playful ribbing about the Mets polo shirt I was wearing, he was friendly enough towards me last time I was in, and struck up a conversation about baseball. I don’t look for much other than bourbon when I’m there, but they seem to have a pretty wide selection of wines and liquors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

This is a good liquor store the staff is knowledgeable. everyone of them is willing to help you at any time the selection is good prices are great and the location is perfect I would recommend the store to anyone

I bought a 2007 Cakebread Cab that was never received. When trying to contact the owner, I kept being put off «we’ll let him know to call you». Emails were never responded to. So far I have not been charged, so I am assuming the owner never got around to truly processing my order as the email I received stated. Sad, since it was to be an anniversary gift to my husband of 7 years. I emailed saying if I didn’t hear back from the owner today, I would be giving a bad review. He did call, saying someone called a couple of days ago asking if they had a 2007 and he told them he didn’t. Since I put «no» for change of varietal on my order, he thought it was me and cancelled. He never contacted me to let me know he didn’t have the 2007 in stock. And, he never contacted me to let me know the order had been cancelled. I did get a «sorry about that». Very poor service.
