My food came fast, but once I got home with it, I live 2 miles away, the crispy chicken was hard and tasted old; like, yesterday’s chicken type of old. Yuck:(

I’m done eating at this McD’s, They’re Drive Thru is always slow, they rarely get my order right. Tonight, at9:30pm, all the family was with me and they wanted «Quarter Pounders», So we placed our orders nobody else in line behind us, the cashier/​manager walks over and starts a conversation with the other employees on drive thru, they all turned and stared at us while we waited for our cups, 7min later I interrupted the conversation to ask for our cups, go to the drink station and there’s this dirty cap on the coke dispenser. That’s it for me, l will not be back to this location

Upper management needs to step in. There is never an excuse for the rudeness that the management displays on a regular basis. The redheaded manager is consistently rude. Making customers sit and wait while they have lengthy conversations with other staff members while at the drive through window, being sassy when answering questions and overall rude behaviors are just not acceptable.

Wait at McDonald’s is absolutely ridiculous. I waited half an hour in the drive-​through to get two drinks. They need to stop calling themselves fast food because there was nothing fast about the service. There was no apology. They said they were short staffed. Not my problem, they need to work faster then or close the restaurant.

They have Slowest drive-​thru I have ever experienced. They don’t apologize for the extremely long wait, and have attitudes. I waited 15 minutes lady after I ordered to get our food which was 1 happy meal and a large Diet Coke. Terrible service.

Horrible slow service in drive through. Sandwich bun was hard as though it had been sitting out for days. Also got the wrong drink– pepsi not unsweet tea. When i pulled in there were 7 cars ahead of me in drivethru. I was able to place order immediately. It took about 10 minutes to pull ahead the 3 slots so i could pay for the food. My visa receipt was stamped 2:32pm. 16 Minutes later, at 2:47 pm i still had not gotten my food (2 fish, 2mcmuffins and a drink). The girl said they were «really busy». Uh no…7 cars going thru a 2-​lane drive thru in 25 minutes is not «really busy» for a fast food restaurant like mcdonalds. This mcdonalds used to be efficient. Not anymore.

Horrible customer service. Hopefully the manager at 11:12 p.m. on Thursday night will get fired. She completely screwed up my order and wouldn’t even acknowlege me. They suck.

The rudest and slowest service I have received in a long time. Pulled up to the drive through, I received no greeting. And kept getting «sighs» and «mmmkay» as a response to everything. Waited for over 10 minutes when no one else was in the drive thru. Then, to top it all off, the lady at the window was rude… preceded to talk «crap» as I pulled away but that’s after she slammed the window shut in my face 2 times while I was asking her a question.

This McDonald’s is clean. However in the morning it is extremely slow. There were six people working and I was one of three in the entire place and it took 10 minutes to get food and I had to ask because they erased my order from their screen. Just not acceptable for a nice looking McDonalds in Carmel on a busy intersection. Huge potential but clearly done issues.

Slowest McDs on the north side. Staff is friendly but I’ve waited an average of 10 minutes on my last few visits in the drive thru at non peak hours. Not fun.

I’ve been to this McDonalds a few times and each time it is extremely slow in drive thru. I’m usually only purchasing a coke or a happy meal and I’ve had to wait up to 10 mins. For some reason the cokes are always short on ice. Which is a huge no-​no since McDs has the best fountain drinks. But usually the fries will be hot if I’ve waited.
The worst part is exiting the mcdonalds. You can enter from Keystone but can only pull out right and have to u-​turn down the block to get back to Keystone.
The exit is blocked in building next door so no cut thru to pull out of their driveway.

I normally get in and out fairly quickly. It’s nice to get in there and use their Wi-​Fi while enjoying a cup of their delicious Sweet Tea.
