Most joyful morning staff I’ve seen in awhile! Also, while it may be difficult to pull into according to some of the other reviews, it’s also located within walking distance to car repair places such as church brothers and greens auto repair, which is why I came here in the first place. Not a bad spot and I would totally come back to say hello to the fantastic baristas.

Same great service. The re-model is excellent! Still one of my favorite Starbucks in the country.

I’ve stopped at this location often because it is near my place of employment. Everyone is always extremely friendly & polite. The navigation of the parking lot is rather tight but the kindness makes up for it. I’ve been particularly impressed recently because even tho the interior is going thru renovations they are still in service with a temporary truck. Service is still as swift & polite as usual.

While this Starbucks is located in a tight spot, it’s location is primo for those headed southbound on Michigan. Makes it very crowded sometimes but the staff is consistently friendly and efficient. Plenty of regulars spending too much time in the good seats, and there’s not much room inside, but still one of my favorites. Brebeuf location on 86th is much larger inside, but this is your only choice if your regular route is down Michigan Rd. I avoid the drive thru at all costs…

I had never visited this Starbucks before because it looked difficult to pull in and out of, as it is tucked away in a little mall with only one very narrow visible entrance/exit. I was cold, wet and dying for a pumpkin spice latte for myself and my wife, so thought I’d try it. First and last time I make that mistake. I was the third car in line at the drive thru. I don’t really understand how they have it set up, and there were no visible cues to explain. It looks like there is a speaker to order, but not sure where you pick up your stuff. The car at the order speaker sat without moving for 10 minutes, and no one came out to take other orders or otherwise manage the ever-increasing line, so I decided to pull around and go inside. Next problem… no parking. There are very few spots that are not handicapped or reserved for other stores, and they were all full. So I gave up and drove to the only exit, but the drive thru cars were pulled all the way out now across the exit. I eventually got out, but vowed never to try this turkey of a Starbucks again. My first ever negative experience with a Starbucks, so it really stands out.
