The Great Frame Up

STICKER SHOCK.
It absolutely pains me to write this review — The Great Frame Up had all the makings of a five star review. This charming red house on a side street in Carmel has a plethora of frame options available. The kind staffperson was super helpful and worked with me every step of the way to create what I wanted. She had an artistic eye and helped me with choosing colors and frame styles. I enjoyed the mix and match process and was really happy with what I selected.
But then… the price tag. I was looking to frame three separate art/​calligraphy prints (not even 8.5×11) and the price for EACH was $ 250. WHAT??? My jaw about dropped to the floor. Literally everything else about this experience was great except for the price tag.
I understand professional framing is pricey, but I had no idea it would be this much. I will be going elsewhere for my framing needs.
