Carmel, IN
Dropped off two overnight packages for a closing (well before the pickup time). Neither got sent out until the next day (they arrived on Monday for a Friday closing, despite my 1pm drop off on Thursday). Cost me $ 1000’s in legal fees to re-​date and update the closing docs.
Owner never offered to pay anything — claimed I should call UPS. UPS said I should sue the owner for extra costs associated with mistake. Never got anything from either & I had to pay for the overnight package. That wasn’t right. I don’t have the time or energy to sue — so I’m writing this everywhere I can.
Drop off anyplace else but this store.
Owner is dishonest and didn’t take responsibility for anything. This is how businesses go out of business.

Don’t waste your money faxing from here. My receivers have never received the paperwork I’ve faxed. Idk why I keep coming here but after 3 failed faxes to 3 different places, I’m not coming back.
