I’ve been here twice now for lunch and it’s really great. Coal-fired Pizza ovens definitely to a great job on the crust and having a buffet that comes with a salad and fountain drink for $ 12 is a great value. They display six or seven different styles and the wait staff is attractive, friendly and attentive.

Wood-fired pizza is some of my favorite pizza, and Tony Sacco’s is pretty good. We started our meal with their garlic rotolis, which are buttery, chewy and yet slightly crispy rolls. Honestly, I could have just made a meal out of those — they were so good! What made it even better is that we got them for free when we checked in on Unilocal! We ordered a large pepperoni, which was big. The pizza was good, but soggy for the first several bites. Once you got almost to the crust, it became amazing and chewy, like wood-fired pizza should be. The sogginess kind of sucked some of the greatness from the overall meal, but it was still tasty, despite that. Service was excellent! We never wanted for anything. We’ll be back!

Took the family for pizza, we eat here frequently, pizza is always good, fresh toppings and a very good tomato sauce. Ordered the vegetarian it’s our favorite, also had the garlic routollies with cheese and marinara sauce, excellent. I would give them 5 stars is they could make the crust consistently crispy. Our pizza was a little soggy in the middle, still love this place.

Awesome quality. Lots of seating. My only complaint is the price. Pretty steep for pizza

Lots of good pizza to choose from in a 5 square mile area so I try to spread the love. We get here 3 or 4 times per year. Overall tasty coal fired pizza with nothing but fresh toppings. I like that they have no freezers or fryers or microwaves here, just the freshest ingredients made to order. Have tried several of the flavors but Capo is our favorite along with the deliciously garlicybuttery rotolis! Great location and service is pretty good. Great place for families. Just go and do it already.

Tony Sacco sure knows how to deliver the best pizza lunch buffet. You get a salad, drink, and all the garlic knots and coal oven pizza you can eat. The pizza is what you expect from a coal oven. I am very happy with the quality. Quick Tip: Get to the lunch buffet early, if you are nice to the throwers, they will put out the pizza you want on the buffet!

Tony’s is one of about 20 new«boutique» pizza joints that have appeared on the Carmel scene in the last two years. Overall the quality is good — I find the sauce to be rather sweet. The buffet today was well stocked, with a decent variety of pizzas to choose from. The location is great — right in the middle of Clay Terrace in Carmel. So, no complaints. But, my favorite in this area is still Crust on Old Meridian.

Oh, how i wish I could get here more! The Margherita pizza is the perfect balance of flavours and the crust on every pizza here is unlike anything in the entire town… thin, foldable and delicious. The salads are also a nice way to start a meal.

What an amazing experience! The food was outstanding. If you are looking for a non food chain for pizza-this is your place. 1,000 degree coal oven cooks the pizza in 4 – 5 min and crisps the thin crust nicely. You have to try their Rotoli’s, garlic bread rolls-amazing! The service was also top notch! Highly recommend.

Just moved to the area so I do not have much to compare it to here. However, I am guessing it will be tough to beat. The crust was great and the balance of sauce and cheese worked well. If you go, definitely get the garlic rolls to start. Be warned that you will get filled up on them. They are hard to push away. Service was great and the pizza was good. Can’t say you can expect more from a pizza place. That is exactly how it should be.

I have been here now on two occasions, once with a couple friends and once with my husband while on the north side. Both times we got basically the same thing… We started with the garlic rotolis which are very good. We got the pizza dipping sauce which is extra(only $ 0.25) but I didn’t actually like it that much with the rotolis, I preferred dipping the bread in the extra garlic sauce at the bottom of the bowl, so I’ll pass on that next time. Maybe the cheese sauce is better. We then got the pepperoni classico pizza which I think is delicious. Too many places somehow burn the pepperoni corners which I hate(I am weird) but this place does not. I am a huge fan of thin crust pizza(though I do love deep dish too!) and Tony Sacco’s does it right. Perfect texture! The fresh basil is awesome but I would not have minded a bit more. Our service was great on our last visit, food was fast and then even currently offer a Unilocal deal. One weird thing is it always seems to be kinda cold in there(maybe because of keeping up with the coal oven) so bring a jacket if you get cold easy.

I really want to give this place 3.5 stars. Darn you, Unilocal! My Fiancée and I stopped in here on a random Thursday night after a few hours of shopping in Clay Terrace. They were not too busy, maybe 10 tables total. We were seated right away and our server was with us within minutes to take our drink order. They have great sweet tea BTW! Any place that has good sweet tea is a winner in my book! As for food, ordered the garlic rotolis. They are basically ginormous garlic knots. There are eight to an order, so come hungry! They were very good. We also ordered a 12′ Capo pizza and substituted the mushrooms for green peppers. The Pizza was thin, crispy and cooked perfectly. Their marinara sauce is a little on the sweet side for my liking but it still had a lot of flavor. Their prices were a little steep, but I think that is the norm for brick oven pizza places. I would have given 4 stars if it were not for the price. Overall, we liked it and will probably be back.

Went out with the family on a semi busy Saturday night. First thing I noticed was that the waitress do not work very fast. Tables took forever to clean though the customer had left 10 – 15 minutes prior! OK, on to the meal… we ordered the bread, anti pasta salad and the BBQ chicken pizza and the pepperoni & sausage pizza! The rolls were awesome. the fresh basil set it off! The salad was good… meaty! The pizza! Hmm it didn’t wow me… the crust was thin thin thin… toppings was good but not much cheese. Not my first pick for pizza but pleasant enough…

I came here expecting to really, really, REALLY like this place. I’d heard a lot about it and finally had the opportunity to try it. It was… well, it was«OK» is the best I can give it. The pizza was no better, IMO, than a frozen pizza from the grocery. The service was average to below average. The price, for what you get, was, I thought, outrageous. I don’t anticipate visiting again.

It was 9PM on a Tuesday and they were still open for dinner! Hubby and I had their garlic rotolis and it came in 8 big pieces with dipping sauces for only $ 5. Then we shared a small Capo pizza and it was huge. It’s 12 inches and it was definitely good for 3 – 4 people if you’re ordering an appetizer as well. I like the fact that they have sweet tea and they offers a shortcake baked inside their coal oven. How interesting is that? The location is convenient as its in the Clay Terrace Mall and there’s plenty of parking in the back of the building. Service was excellent and it’s price right.
