Our contractor referred us to this company and we used them for a huge job in our home. We had a long planning meeting with the contractor, cabinet maker and Ultimate Control when we discussed all details so that cabinets could be made to the specifications of the entertainment system we were putting in. When it came to installation, the company sent people who had no idea where anything went, and they failed to communicate with the cabinetmaker so the end result is shoddy, looks cheap and worst of all, doesn’t work. Really, nothing actually works. Can’t listen to the radio anywhere in the house, surround speakers don’t work, DVD player doesn’t work. And here’s the worst part… we have had another company come in finally to fix these issues and they took one look at the wiring and told us that Ultimate Control put cheap analog wiring in our expensive HD/​analog system. All these wires were built into our cabinets so we either live with the problems, or tear out our brand new cabinets. Stay far away from these con artists.
