I personally thinks zoup is better than Panera, their soups are amazing! Lobster bisque and chicken potpie is my favorite ! Even though the prices could be a little bit expensive but I honestly thinks it is worth it ! And also can’t forget the great service, they offer free samples once you walk in. Can not wait to go back there soon ! People should give another try if they did not liked it the first time!

This place has very good soup, for a steep price. The sandwiches are not good, don’t waste your money. If you want some good tasty soup, go here. They have free WiFi as a bonus.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was blown away with menu. The soups are amazing and you get to try as many as you want. The salad was really fresh — tastes like it’s right out of a garden. I would highly recommend giving it a try, you will not be disappointed. I’m looking forward to the fall and winter days for that soup!

So, I walked in on a hunch hoping that I’d fine a nice sandwich place to get a bite from. Upon first walking in, I was confused at that there were two entrances to the register with no clear labeling. So I walked back and forth like an idiot trying to find my way. I eventually guessed and waited behind the man with a million questions that needed to be asked. Once he was finished with his ordeal of holding up my time, I ordered my sandwich. It was there MTB with a drink which came to about 9 – 10, which I was fine with. I sat in their giant space and waited what seemed like 20 minutes for my food in a place that wasn’t even busy. Once my wait was over I went up and got my food. I was excited thinking this might actually be good. I open the wrapper and see someone who lazily put tomato lettuce, mozzarella and a spit of sauce on a not even toasted bread. I was baffled at the lack of taste and the lack of food that took 20 minutes to even make. I left promptly and I would not come back again. All in all, Id rather drive 30 minutes to Fishkill to get Panera’s for that type of food before I drive that one minute to this dump.

Best lunch place! You can try all the soups you want and since I’m not a huge soup person I have enjoyed finding some that I really like here. Try the spicy black bean chili… It is awesome! And ask for the sour cream with the cucumber and dill to add to it. You will not be disappointed!

Decent food, but way too pricey for just soups & small sandwiches. Their cup size is about 5 dollars with the bowl size about $ 7. A restaurant serving it to you in a ceramic bowl wouldn’t charge this much! The sandwiches are small with few toppings. The place is always empty though, so I wouldn’t feel bad bringing my grumpy toddler there.

Went to Zoup today for the first time and I am very happy I stopped! Very Clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had the Southwest turkey sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed. I must have sampled 5 of the soups. I chose the Pot Pie and Lobster Bisque! I walked out of the door with a smile on my face and a happy stomach. I will be back!

Won’t be making a return visit. Stopped today for lunch. Hubby got a sandwich and he seems to be ok but the soup I had sent me to the bathroom immediately upon my return home(thank god it didn’t work on me sooner) and has been making me sick ever since. No thank you.

A-OK is how I would rate Zoup. I came here right after I bought a home in the area(around December) and wanted to check out the local fare. I would liken Zoup to a Panera, but without as many options, and a heftier price tag(if you can believe that!). Lobsetr bisque had really good flavor, but was soooo thick and creamy it cooled down very quickly. My brother enjoyed his soup and sandwich combo, but I still couldn’t get over the sticker shock. The bread was really good, however and I liked that they provided samples(unlimited) so you could really decide what you wanted. We didn’t feel rushed while trying to make a soup decision, and the helpful girl behind the counter also let us know they change their soup offerings daily(while keeping a couple always in their rotation). I would be willing to give this place another go, now that I’m prepared for this prices!

Very good place for a quick snack if you are around that area. The variety of soups and sandwiches can accommodate and satisfy almost every kind of customer. Service was good and the price were normal. Just a casual diner looking place.

The soups are delicious. Sandwiches not so much. I love the Asian Salad. Your on-line ordering is soooooooooooo confusing. Try two, double up? It took 15 minutes before I just called my husband with the order. All for two soups and a salad.

It’s really hard to write a review for this place because I can’t make up my mind about it! I’ve eaten from here 4 times so something is clearly bringing me back. What I do love is being able to order online! Is this the only place in the Carmel area that has that option?! Crazy! But so SO important to me. I also love the flavors of the Loco Burrito salad so much that I pretty much stick to that every time. The part that makes me say«mehhhh» is the chicken in my salad seems pretty low quality, Like that processed almost too moist fast food type chicken. Also there are not enough sandwich options, I love sandwiches just not the ones they have on the menu. It’s also expensive! There needs to be some type of buy 6 get the 7th free type deal thing… or lower the prices that would be nice too. So yeah. It’s ok. They could easily make it better though.

The soup is good and the sandwiches are decent but the prices are too steep for what you get. Without a coupon, you will pay $ 10 for a small soup, half sandwich, and 12-oz. drink. The soda tasted watered down too. The smarmy cashier, initial A, left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had the chicken Cesar wrap and a cup of soup, plus a small soda. Price was $ 10.+(lost receipt). I thought the soup was pretty good and would go again. The selection of soups IS why i would return. I think they need to beef up the menu of sandwiches. Many were bland, plain, and boring. I am not a fan of turkey so how about some roast beef. Atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. I will certainly be visiting them again. I gave three stars for lack of sandwich selections only. Staff was friendly, efficient, and fast. The place was packed at noon. They could use another cashier station(like Panera) to speed up check out.

Not impressed. I ordered the Four Cheese Melt, and it’s honestly something I could’ve made in my kitchen with a microwave and some Kraft singles. I understand it’s a simple sandwich as it is, but for $ 7 at least try to fool me into thinking it was worth it. Broccoli Cheddar soup was too cheesy, almost like a Velveeta base. Most likely would not return and not recommend to a friend.

Too pricy for their worth. The wrap tasted good, but was very slim on the ingredients. The tomato basil and brown rice soup I sampled, tasted like a bland unseasoned can of tomatoes. I might try it again, but for the most part, I’ll stick with Arthur Avenue at the other end of the plaza where I know I’m always getting quality.

Yummy Zoup! As they say! Cool place they let you sample all their soups! 12 different soups daily. We tried the shrimp and crawfish étouffée. Yummy I must say! With a hunk of warm French bread. But a bit pricey two teeny soups 2 sm. sodas $$ 15 bucks ??? Oh well! & the atmosphere was nice

First week in business and so far, so good. Have been once and ordered lobster bisque and roasted tomato bisque. Cup size portion is generous and we even had a coupon(sign up at ), so we got buy one cup, get one free. Only complaint: place is freezing! Temperatures must be regulated. I’ll be back.
