If it were possible to post 10 stars then JT Bradley and his team at Bradley Builders would earn every one of them. From the moment I received the referral for this company and spoke to their office to arrange an appointment for a home renovation
And improvement project, they have been responsive, professional, courteous and fair. Every one of their team who has worked with me and all of their subs took personal responsibility for the outcome of a successful beautiful home improvement project. Many old pest and dry rot problems were discovered causing me much stress, and they fairly and calmly walked this stressed homeowner through the process to a great outcome. Every person on their staff (office, job foreman, laborer/​carpenter and owner) are on the ball! Such a pleasant experience. I will

I want to start off by saying that I met JT on a problem property. Bradley Builders were contracted by a homeowner to perform stucco repairs on house that I worked on a year prior to that (I own a dry rot restoration company). JT’s crews have noted rot and termite issues to the frame of the house that were missed by my crews. So I was contacted by the owner and set up a meeting. Upon checking the issues for my self I was disappointed to realize that the claim was legitimate and I accepted liability for the additional work. I was also a bit disappointed to find out that the owner did not want me nor my crews to repair this issue as her trust in our company was compromised (which is understandable). She spoke highly of JT and Bradley Builders, it was at that point that she told me that she wants them to perform the repairs and me to pick up the bill. I knew that I had to fix this issue and wanted to do the right thing. But being in a compromised position I was really worried that This Bradley Builder Contractor will try to take advantage of the situation and blow the problem out of proportion and try to inflate the prices. During our second meeting I got to meet JT on site, he was very respectful and put forward a very fair bid to perform the necessary repairs. JT was honest, he did not take advantage of my compromised position, both him and the owner allowed me and my crews to pull the permit and repair the framing. His pricing for replacing the stucco and painting the entire front of the home were reasonable. I have to say you do not meet contractors with this level of integrity very often. Me and him exchanged business cards and as I was sorting out my wallet today I pulled out his business card and decided to check their company out on Unilocal.To my surprise I found that there is this very negative review which is undoubtedly misleading about who they are. And even though I am embarrassed to write on Unilocal that my company has made a mistake I still decided to leave this review because I believe that this Company deserves all 5 starts.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is not a friendly company to work with. They only want to do things their way and are not interested in what you, the customer, wants. First, they wouldn’t make an appointment without my husband being there. I tried to explain to them that he is busy traveling for work and that I am taking the lead on the project. But they wouldn’t have it. I should have ran at that point. On the phone I expressly stated what our budget was and asked if they could work with that number because many design/​build firms will only work with you if you are spending 100k plus. The woman assured me my 40k budget was something they could work with. Once JT arrived, he asked me what my ideas were and without giving me a chance to even get more than 2 sentences out, he stated my kitchen would take about 65k at least to remodel. When I told him that I stated my budget to his office person and she assured me they work with clients whose budgets are on the low end, he started to insult my kitchen stating that everything is outdated, it’s ugly, and that 65k would be what it would take to make it passable. He was really, really, rude and then turned the tables on me when I got a little defensive at his rude attitude and statements. JT is really a horrible person who truly believes he is the only one who has any knowledge about how to remodel a kitchen. I would stay away from this company.
