Is it time for you to get a great facial? Well your at the right place. I found Elicia through Groupon and purchase 3 facials for a very nice discounted rate. She is located inside Cut Loose Salon and since it is so close to home I thought this would be great. I have been to see her twice now and she is really caring and does a fabulous job at the massage portion of the facial and makes you feel so pampered. The first time I came in she really took the time to get to know me and my skin care routine and my skin concerns, and then offered some solutions. She does a fabulous job with extractions and my face looks and feels fabulous when I leave. I usually wait a few days after her treatments to wear makeup again my skin feels and looks so good. I like to continue to pamper it by letting it breathe for a few days. She also does waxing and massage I have not tried those services but the facial is 5 star for sure! If you want to feel pampered and have your face look fabulous come see her, you will not be disappointed.

I found Elicia through groupon and i’m very glad i did. I had the one hour massage and she has such a great touch, great pressure and it is a great therapeutic massage. I am a massage therapist so I’m a bit picky and I will definitely go back to her for a massage. I just had my facial this morning and I rebooked for 3 more appointments in advance. I only use dermalogica and so does she. She is very knowledgable and addresses your concerns. I thought she was very easy to talk to, very professional and I’m going to be a new regular client of hers. Thanks Elicia.

I had a similar experience to Julie E., but am apparently less forgiving. it was supposed to be a a 60-​minute massage and 90-​minute facial… instead I was out in just over 2 hours, including the paperwork upfront, consultation upfront, changing before and after, leaving a tip, and getting back out to my car where I checked the time. To me, that means I didn’t get in service what was agreed upon at the time of purchase, and that’s a problem.
My facial was 4-​star good (which is to say: a very good, standard facial). If you live in the area, this is a legit option for a facial. My massage was also good, but not exceptional for the regular price. The whole experience was pretty good… but at a regular price, it’s pricey for «pretty good».

Elicia is extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable and without a doubt I would like to return.
I do have two concerns, however: I purchased a Groupon to introduce me to her services, and it was supposed to be for a 60-​minute massage and 90-​minute facial. In the end, I was out in just a titch over two hours (including consultation, tipping at the end, etc), so I did not get my full coupon’s worth (the value was still excellent, though).
Also, during the facial she talked with me a lot about my skin concerns. I mentioned I had been doing an at-​home sugar scrub, and she thought it was too harsh on my skin and pointed out some broken capillaries. When I went to check out afterwards, she rang up one of the Dermalogica scrubs for me and said, «OK, that’s $ 50 please.» What! We never discussed the product and whether or not I wanted to purchase it. I was still so woozy and relaxed from the massage/​facial that I just paid and left, but now I see the product online for about half the price. I should’ve spoken up that I didn’t need it, so maybe that’s my own fault, but it was a little weird that I never asked for the product but was charged for it.
Still, I like that she uses all Dermalogica products — an excellent, top-​notch line that is simply the best you can use for your skin. I’d like to treat myself here every now and then, but I’ll be making my own product purchases elsewhere from now on.
I hate to leave a less-​than-​perfect review, since Elicia really is wonderful, and Groupon customers have a reputation for leaving low reviews online and wrecking a business’s image, but if I had paid full price for the services AND been made to purchase an expensive product, I would’ve been really unhappy.

Elicia has been doing my facial treatments for over 4 years. She is a very educated skin expert and I dont know what I would do with-​out her.
