F & J Air Systems

I was all set to clean house with my Rainbow product when I realized the 25 y.o. basin was cracked. I used the Rexair website to find my local distributor and called two. I got a voicemail at the first location but F&J Air answered. I was told the basin is in stock but that they were closing in 10 minutes. I couldn’t reach them that quickly but the man said to take my time and he would wait for me. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes after closing and purchased a new basin and scent products. My house is vacuumed, swept and dusted and smells like orange. I may not need another product for 25 years but I was treated like a number 1 customer. Their excellent customer service helped me achieve my goal today.
