this guy is a total flake, had an appointment with us on sunday kept us waiting for 1 ½ hours said he got sick, called us today to reschedule showed up walked through the house then disappeared, when we called him he said there were issues, we said what issues? he said just issues, told us he wasn’t gonna clean our windows and to contact groupon to get our money back… avoid this clown he’s real flaky, he ran through the house, I could hardly keep up, kinda felt he was casing the place… really they need negitive stars.
Now this clown has responded to my review, so let me just add this, after flaking on us, we asked for our money back (we prepaid with Groupon) he refused he told us to get with groupon, guess what? they don’t give refunds, they give you groupon credit, so the I was sick thing doesn’t work for me. the guy cost me money, plan and simple, he has since called and asked me to remove my review, that’s never gonna happen he owes me just over $ 100
