Looks nice from the outside but before living here long we realized it’s not the complex for us. A ton of theft on property, used needles found in the parking lot, transients digging in dumpsters, gas siphoned from our cars, etc! No Bueno.

They also lied to my new apartments about me paying late (when I never did) shady and unethical. Don’t waste your time or life here.

I don’t know what HER problem is but I’ve lived in Hastings for over a year and never had any complaints. The management is always happy to help whenever there is a problem and the repair guy actually lives on site so if there is a problem he needs to fix it never takes him more than two days, where some apt complex’s take a week or more to fix what’s wrong. The prices are reasonable and we have a security company that patrols during the night and we can call them is there is any suspicious activity. I give this complex an A+ and can honestly say it is the best complex I have ever lived in.

I went here with a friend helping her look for a place. The place itself was OK, but the unit we looked at was extremely dated, and in need of a deep clean, paint, and new carpet. The manger said that it would be done before move in, but it’s really hard to vision when all you can smell is cat pee on the carpet.
