Our families experience with Dr Walsh has been absolutely incredible. I have 3 children under the age of 5 and one of my sons has severe asthma. Dr Walsh has been so supportive and helpful while working through his condition. Everything from actually walking him over to the ER to push him through the system faster to coming in extra early in the morning to see my son to spending an hour on the phone with a specialist to help us see him immediately for further care. She has gone above and beyond what we would have expected in a Pediatrician. On top of these experiences, Dr Walsh treats my children like family. We will always be eternally grateful for her extra care. Unfortunately we are moving across the country for my husbands work and it will be very difficult to find a new Pediatrician who measures the same. I would most definitely recommend Dr Walsh to any families looking for the best care for their children.

I can’t say enough about the level of care that our son has received by the mercy pediatric staff and specifically by Dr. Walsh. Our son was a micro preemie and she has given us nothing but support through all the crazy ups and downs. Not only was I a mother for the first time but having a micro preemie was a mortifying experience. I had a million questions and concerns(probably more than that to be honest) and Dr. Walsh was extremely patient and caring. I would preface most questions with«I know I’m crazy but…», she would graciously humor me no matter how absurd my questions were and made me feel ok about asking anything. I also would annoyingly call and ask questions after the fact or in the event something was happening that I had a concern about and I never once felt like I was being judged or annoying. I will say that Dr. Walsh will give it to you straight and doesn’t sugar coat things which is what I like. Straight, honest answers are important to me and not just answers to make me feel better or left to my own interpretation. There are plenty of qualified pediatricians in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area but we drive from El Dorado Hills to Carmichael just so our son can get what we feel is the highest level of care. Our son is almost 3 and to this day we still feel the same way about Dr. Walsh and her staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Walsh to anyone.

We love Dr. Walsh. She makes us feel so comfortable, answers all of our questions, is great with the baby and so patient. We are so happy to have her as our Son’s doctor.

First of all my first impression was HORRIBLE. The medical assistants in the office were short and rude and weren’t even wearing scrubs– which threw me off– they were wearing jeans, flip flops and tshirts. Then, when Doctor Walsh came into our exam room SHE was wearing a maxi dress and flip flops! I was taken aback and thought that maybe it was a Friday thing. Needless to say, the next appointment I had she was wearing the SAME outfit and it wasn’t a Friday. Also, she made a few rude remarks to me. One that sticks out was when my baby was sick and I told her I check her temp every night and she came back in a rude tone saying, «What?! You do NOT need to check daily! You’re obviously a new mom. Hahaha…» I just sat there in disbelief because she was making fun of me for being a new mom. Next, my baby needed her 3 month shots and I told her I needed to breastfeed anyways so after her shots I needed a place to calm her down as well as feed her/empty my breasts. She said, «We don’t have room for you to breastfeed her, sorry. But, you’re going to have to do it somewhere else… maybe your car? Or go home.» I was even more SHOCKED! Please please please… do NOT visit this doctor. She is sarcastic, rude, and unaccommodating. On top of that her office is not up to the standard of what a professional office should look like.
