I have had my Oris for several years now and I love it, but it was starting to show its wear. It still ran well, but there were a few annoying things. One day, after a 3 year old had gotten ahold of the watch, the O and R had come unglued off of the front and they were getting caught up in the gears. Then the minute hand came loose, and I thought I’d be watch shopping soon. So, I’m an engineer. I figured«How difficult can this be?» The top probably comes right off and I can fix all of this without having to ship the watch to Switzerland or the one repair facility in the US, which was in Boston. There were plenty of nightmare comments online about these repair shops being notorious for not covering warranties from people who bought online and charging a ton for extra nonsense… All for some little letters and a hand that needs to be pushed back on? Fast forward to a few hours later, when I’m carefully attempting to get 50 small screws and parts into some kind of container for safe keeping. There’s zero chance I’ll even remember where all these parts go, so I’m pretty much thinking that I’ve just made a very expensive mistake. I’m 100% certain that I’m an idiot. As a final«Well, I might as well get it confirmed that this thing is toast.» I took the watch to Lukin’s after reading the reviews on here. Which I should have done in the first place. I could have walked there it was so close to work. I walked in with parts, explained that I’m an idiot, and showed the horrified owner what I’d done. He politely asked me not to touch anything and gave me a claim ticket. A few days later I receive a call stating«The watch needs a few parts, and it will cost $ 305.» I was ecstatic. I happily asked to add on cleaning/polishing/timekeeping or any other service I could while I was there and was told that this was all included. It was going to take a few weeks though. I got the watch back yesterday, and it looks seriously brand new. So far, it’s keeping time better than it did new. It is perfect. I can’t thank these guys enough for the great work. Add to that the fact that they saw a 100% self-proclaimed idiot come in the door, AND didn’t overcharge or make me feel terrible for what I’d done, AND it looks new again at no extra charge… That’s how you get a customer for life. Well done.

Great service, great price. Fast and friendly. I needed to get a few links removed from a new watch. The woman(whom I assume is the owner) was super friendly, fitted me before and after, and removed the links quickly. She told me what a nice watch it was(which it is!), I paid my $ 7, and I was on my way. Exactly what you want out of a watch repair store! :)
