Mountain Mike’s Pizza

I love this place. And its the only place i go to for pizza. The customer service i always recieve from nicole is amazing. She is so sweet and always on top of everything in the store

I love Mountain Mikes! However I do not like waiting over an hour and a half for my pizza. I also would like to enjoy a hot pizza but I have never received a hot pizza from this location. What I have received is excuses as to why delivery took so long and no remorse for cold pizza. This location is a pathetic excuse for Mountain Mikes.

Love the pizza! But, funny thing is. Having it is another thing. Oh what I wouldn’t give to have a cheesy slice of that mountainous goodness. Yet, alas. I am here 87 minutes after ordering and without my food. So, being the man of action I am, I called.
«We are loading your driver up now. Sorry dude. We are ummm busy.»
The eloquence and apologetic nature of this customer service savant has lead me to believe that mountain mikes is employing the less fortunate, the downtrodden as well as the intellectually inept. This form of altruism and charitable nature is probably the only saving grace of this establishment.
I may be over thinking it.

I had called on the day of thanksgiving, yes everyone else is doing this and that, well my family wasnt. I had called a good few hours before closing time and then ordered my order online a couple hours later knowing they were open. I had placed my order online. And never recieved my order. I called the store a few times without an answer when at about 9:40 pm i recieved an answer to where the lady on the phone at first apologized telling me i would never recieve my food because they decided to close early. The lady on the phone simply told me my money could be refunded tomorrow. What!!! I never received any food! How are you charging me tonight ??? Also the «lady» hung up on me and said «i am hanging out with MY family» and then hung up on me. Bye B. This restaurant will never get my service because of her. We just wanted a lil pizza because our traditions differ from hers. you have a job. Be grateful. Some people dont have family or a our a roof over their head and some people just want A DAMN pizza and in this case, my 3 year old. He didnt want turkey. So we ordered a pizza that never got here :(apologize to my 3 year old and tell him why his thankgiv j ng turned to crap. #dontlie

Love coming into this location on my lunch. Lunch special is best in town. Salad bar stays stocked with freshness. Staff is really friendly and place is always clean.

Great food and great service. the lunch deal is awesome. I have brought large groups here for my end of year rugby party and they were great in getting the preorder pizza ready when we arrived.

Second time I’ve ordered pizza from this location and it took two hours the first time and now it’s going on an hour and a half for this second delivery, needless to say if you want your pizza in a certain amount of time don’t order at this location because it will definitely come after the fact.

This used to be my favorite pizza place now its time to move on. The last two times ive ordered from you guys one being yesterday September 6^th I had a delivery you guys messed up on and you forgot one of my pizza’s and had to drive back and get my small pepperoni pizza. The chicken club was bland and not enough sauce you forgot ranch ill just go to Luigi‘s in sac

Coworkers and I love coming in for lunch! Pizza is always delicious and the staff is on point! Salad bar could be a bit fresher but nevertheless great place for lunch.
They even made me my «no cheese pizza» with no hesitation!

Do not order online. I got an email confirmation yet when I arrived, they had no clue that I had ordered. He didn’t look at the email until I got here so now I wait…

This mountain Mikes is awesome, everybody there is always friendly to me and my family. and the pizzas are always hot and fresh and made exactly the way I like it. I highly recommend this place if you want pizza or some hot wings.

We ordered a pizza nearly two hours ago. They told us it would be here in an hour. It is still not here. :(
It finally came, roughly two hours after we ordered it. We paid for extra cheese, but it did not have extra cheese. Had we been told the truth about how long it would be, we would not have ordered it. Of course, they know this, and it is why they lie about it. Then they cheat us out of the cheese that we paid for! Watch out for this location! They are not honest.

Pizza was great! Salad ok. Customer service crappy! Young girl taking our order was rude and not helpful with ordering! Overall I would go back if they have someone else at the counter. Also, went there last night around 7pm. Hardly any clean tables to sit at… had to ask rude girl to clean one.

Disappointed with this place. I’m not sure if they were having a slow night, but I wasn’t impressed. The pizza was ok, but nothing special… just ordered a pepperoni pizza. My wife wanted to get the salad bar, and I decided to get some too. Unfortunately we didn’t LOOK at the salad bar before we ordered. Upon making our salads, we realized that the lettuce was actually FROZEN. Some of the other ingredients looked a little scary too. I thought about just not getting a salad and asking for a refund, but the guy that took our order disappeared into the back, never to be seen until our pizza was ready 30 minutes later. Oh, and the price? Forty bucks for a large pepperoni pizza, two salads, and a few sodas. I probably won’t be back to give it a second try.

Disappointed. We called in the pizza at 5:41 they said the pizza would be ready in half an hour. We get there at 6:10 to pick up the pizza. We pay for the pizza and are told it will be a few minutes. By 6:30 I’m getting pretty annoyed and decide to go check on the pizza. The clerk goes to the back to get our luke warm pizza from the back with no apology. We also noticed that the clerk also had his family or people he at least knows well enough to have a little girl from the group come behind the counter with him. They received their pizza minutes after arriving. He was obviously paying attention to that specific group. Their pizza seemed hot. Probably won’t be going back. The pizza probably would have been better if it were hot. And not stale from being left out.

I’m very disappointed I know it’s just pizza but come on… I called placed a delivery order was told it would be 45 – 1 hour then that time passed and I called and was told that it’s is getting boxed up right now and will go right with driver… then 2hours later it finally showed up crust was wrong it was cold and I pId extra for sauce for chicken wings and didn’t receive any… I will not ordering from this location anytime soon…

Ordered pizza over the phone for pick up. Guy at the counter was really nice! Pizza tasted great. No complaints! Saw they do lunch buffet and dinner buffet only on Wednesdays. Lady informed me also about 40% off large pizzas on Tuesdays so I saved my coupon! But other than that it appeared clean and maintained! Would recommend this place to everyone!

U can never go wrong w mountain mikes! Good local pizza at damn near every location I’ve been too!

Can we give 0 stars? The lunch buffet has little to no pizza, the employees don’t care, and they don’t bring out more pizza. I want my money back, but, they just don’t care. Save yourself the trouble of eating here.

Pizza & breadsticks were good but we were told the delivery would take 45 mins to an hour. We called them at an hour & 20 mins to find out where our order was. We were told the driver left 20 mins ago. We only live 10 mins away. When the driver finally showed, he told us he had forgot our soda & would need to come back. We asked if he could just take it off our order & he said that would up our payment because we ordered a meal deal. The customer service was just overall poor. We won’t be ordering from them again.
