Matt is great — he’s fast to respond to questions (even after my service was complete), and he did a great job on sealing the grout and applying a water shield to our shower glass in the new house we just bought. We recently moved into a brand new home with a LOT more tile and granite than I’ve ever had before. The thought of sealing it all myself was too daunting to even think about! I read all of the good reviews for Matt and Sac Surface Pro, and decided to give him a call. I was so impressed with just our initial meeting that I immediately canceled the consultation appointment I had previously scheduled with another company. Matt was able to schedule me just a few days after our consultation and before we moved into our new home. He sealed all of my granite, grout, and even our shower doors. Matt is very knowledgeable about stone, tile, and glass surfaces and has answered my endless questions about maintenance. I will definitely be a customer for life!

We have a two-​story home and almost the entire downstairs has large 20×20 Travertine stone tiles with small grout lines. We bought the home from a large family who didn’t take very good care of the stone and it was extremely dirty! Honestly, when you ran you hand across it… it literally felt like you were running your hand across a concrete driveway outside. I had tried everything to clean it myself. I even bought one of those electric mops with the hot water tanks and scrub brushes, but all that did was waste my time and push the dirt around.
I know that Travertine is a soft stone and requires careful attention. I went online and started researching… looking for someone with experience who could handle this mighty job! Glad I found Matt at SacSurfacePro. I read all of the reviews and then asked him to come out and give me an estimate. Matt is very personable and answered all of my questions. Since I had done my research, I knew that Matt was knowledgeable about my stone floors and wasn’t telling me what I wanted to hear in order to win my business. He gave me what I considered a very fair estimate for the amount of work that needed to be done. I also needed my granite counters in the kitchen re-​sealed and Matt provided a discount since I was getting everything completed in one shot!
On the day of the job, Matt and his employee showed up as scheduled and moved all of the furniture as we agreed. They worked around my ability to get up and down the stairs in order to retrieve my son from school and they were able to finish the entire job in one day! My floors look fantastic! And better than that, they FEEL so smooth and CLEAN!!! When my husband got home from work, he couldn’t believe the difference. We are both extremely pleased with the work and agree that it was well worth the money.
Matt went above and beyond! He gave us a bottle of stone cleaner for the floors and recommended a mop to use in the future. In my opinion he is an honest, great guy and I would highly recommend him if you need any of the services he provides!

After reading all of the amazing reviews about Sac Surface Pro I decided to call them to come out to my new home and clean and seal my granite countertops. Matt was very helpful when booking my appointment and showed up on time. I also had him treat our glass shower doors. Everything looked amazing when they were done. When I found out that our carpet cleaner did not clean tile, I called Matt and asked if he could come back out to take care of that as well. He was able to come out the next day to take care of the tile. Again, another amazing job!!! I was extremely impressed with his work as well as the ability to squeeze in my last request before our move. I highly recommend Sac Surface Pro to anyone.

Matt showed up promptly and was very pleasant. I had scratches in my marble countertop from an orbital sander my contractor accidentally touched down on the marble, as well as some larger dull patches from when my fabricator had unsuccessfully tried to smooth out some scratches he had made. I had been unhappy with the surface for many months but unsure if anyone could restore it without damaging it further. I was thrilled that Matt did a beautiful job, and my marble looks better than it did the day it was installed. He is very conscientious and worked until I was satisfied with the appearance. I liked that he is a straight shooter with integrity and expertise. Attached are before and after pictures!

Recently had Matt come out to clean and seal the granite counter tops in our kitchen. Matt was very easy to work with. Was able to send pictures and measurements and get an estimate on the phone. Set up a day and time, Matt arrived on time and quickly got to work. By the time he was done, all of the counter surfaces looked like new, even those that had been dulled out from years of hard water build up. Matt even took care of another sink in the bathroom. And even in doing all of that, he ended up sticking to the lower end of his estimate. I would highly recommend Sac Surface Pro.

Matt has been to our house several times and has been helpful and friendly each time. He arrived promptly and worked quickly to complete the job. He has placed a window sealant on our downstairs windows that works great for making the windows easy to clean. He also helped out with our granite bar, and didn’t charge for the time. He always takes the time to explain the process and chat with my husband before starting. If you have a job involving window treating, or tile/​grout give him a call. He does get booked up quickly, so call well in advance.

We called this company to come and look at our ceramic tile and the grout haze that was left after recent remodeling of our bathrooms. Matt was extremely friendly and seemed professional. He told us he was very busy but that he wanted to call a few companies and do his research on what products he would need to use and that he would call us back in a week. A few weeks went by and I called Matt to check in and to see if he could be hired to clean our tile. He apologized stating he completely forgot and would make some phone calls and call me back in the next day or two. He seemed genuinely apologetic. We never received a call back and its been two to three months. He must not want to do our job and was just avoiding saying that. Who knows but extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I called SacSurfacePro to see if they could restore my master bathroom shower enclosure. It was very badly stained with water stains from the last 10 years. I had tried to get these stains out with all kinds of commercial grade cleaning solutions. I spent a lot of money on different kinds of cleaning solutions, which was a waste of money. Just this year I learned of SacSurfacePro and called them to see if my shower enclosure would even be salvageable. I sent them a photo and Matt said he could get it in presentable condition. I didn’t want to spend more money and not end up with a fully restored shower, but the alternative would have been to purchase a new shower enclosure which would have cost me over $ 1,000. This company was selected by DuPont to do warranty work to remove a really large, nasty stain from my marble counter tops. The stain was so deep and large, I really didn’t think anyone would be able to remove it, and I was preparing to live with it or have that section of my counter replaced, with a new ugly seam. After several treatments, the stain is gone. Completely gone. Amazing. Matt was so flexible, an professional, that is it was to schedule multiple appointments with my very busy schedule. And he really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Sac Surface Pro for all your tile, marble, granite, grout etc service. I plan to use him for all my tile and marble maintenance.

My wife and I recently moved into a newly built 2616 sq ft Lennar home in Kavala Ranch in Rancho Cordova. One of our priorities is to have an exercise lap pool built in our back yard. In foreseeing this, we decided to have floor tiles installed into most of the house. Carpets are only in our bedrooms.
Prior to moving in, we had decided to have the grout lines on our tile flooring sealed. We had experienced grout issues from our previous home in the Bay Are and had found it difficult to clean and maintain. This was especially true in the kitchen.
So we did some last minute research on Unilocal and found SacSurfacePro as a highly rated specialist in sealing grout. My call to Matt was answered almost immediately. Though our timeframe in moving in was within days, Matt was able to work with us to complete the job. This was the case even when he had a large job the same week.
We forwarded photos of our tile areas as well as the floor plan to Matt via email. He provided us with a quote immediately. When we decided to go ahead, he arrived promptly and with his assistance Alberto, completed the entire job of sealing the grout lines and buffing out our tile floor. He also provided us with a lot of knowledge about cleaners and types of surfaces in our house, basically… what to do and what not to do.
We also inquired about sealing our counters and shower doors after Matt’s information on our surfaces. He provided us with a quote and we will soon look into this to complete the entire process.

What am amazing experience with Sac Surface Pro. My husband and I just moved in to a new home that had VERY dirty tile and grout. After researching multiple tile and grout cleaners and seeing Unilocal reviews I decided to go with Matt, and I’m very glad I did. The tile and grout was pretty gross, I felt terrible even letting my infant son walk around on the floor his feet would be black in minutes, I didn’t even want to sit on the floor to unpack items in the kitchen. Honestly I was not expecting anything dramatic, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw the results. They were on time and matt was very flexible in scheduling the work with me as we had some bumps in the road. Matt’s guys were very personable and very informative. Chad had me come down and see the floor as I was able to see a side by side comparison of the clean and dirty … It was just filthy. They were so helpful in explaining what happens during the process and what to expect afterwards as well as how to maintain the tile and grout from here on out. The results again were just stunning the tiles were actually a nice brown color and the tiles and grout lines were NO LONGER BLACK I had no idea how dirty they really were! Matt has competitive pricing and in my opinion with the results and care… It was worth every penny, prob even more than that! We hired Sac Surface Pro for our kitchen and bathroom floor tile cleaning. The floor was in desperate need of cleaning after several years. We had additional tile put in after we had a permanent cabinet taken out. I asked Matt (owner) if he would be able to get the existing tile clean so it would match the newly replaced tile and grout. He was very honest and stated he could get it clean but could not guarantee if would look like new since there could be some staining. My gosh, after he was done it did match. You can tell that both Matt and Chad (works for the company) have such pride in their work. They want every spot to be gone. These guys are so professional and you will not be sorry if you hire them for your tile cleaning needs. We will definately be asking them to come back in the future.

We had Sac Surface Pro seal our granite and tile counters and tile flooring. This is the first time we have ever had our flooring or counters sealed. We needed someone to clean and seal our granite and remove scratches from our stainless steel sink. After some online research, the powers that be led us to Matt of SacSurfacePro. Now, I’m the type of person who holds on to my five-​star ratings as if they cost me money to give out, but Matt has earned it for the following reasons:
— He went above and beyond what the job called for with each project. On the granite, he fixed some scratches that I hadn’t noticed before. Once he was done sealing the granite, it looked and felt like slick glass. I’m not sure if this is because of Matt or because of the HydroShield product he uses, but honestly, I don’t care. I just care that my granite has never looked and felt better. On our sink, he not only removed the scratches, but also took the initiative to clean up some stubborn water spots and recaulk areas of the sink that needed attention.
— Matt was very knowledgeable about glass and stone care. You can tell he loves what he does.
— Very professional, but also very personable. Arrives on time, follows up on estimates, and works diligently. He was courteous and was very pleasant to be around.
