I’m 6 weeks out from my knee replacement and have been walking without assistance since the end of the 2^nd week. Had the Makoplasty assisted robotic surgery at Roseville outpatient surgery center and would highly recommend it. Great team from the from desk to the recovery room. My particular surgery was a rousing success and I can’t say thanks enough to the entire team that made my adventure a positive journey. Dr Sasaura was excellent in every way. He seems to have the ability to be going ten directions at once yet still tune right in to the moment. (helpful with a scalpel in hand. tisktisk) He listens well!

I don’t even know where to begin! First this guy (who made an appearance for all of 5 minutes) charged me $ 411.69 for that 5 minutes! Then he tried to charge me for x-​rays I never had — 2 sets! When we were checking out, the receptionist tried to charge us more than she should and I had to ask to speak to the financial manager to get it straightened out. Thankfully, she seemed to actually know what she was talking about and we were charged the correct balance. (The receptionist was very nice and apologized for the mistake). Dr. (I use the term loosely) said I am too young for surgery and that I should have an injection that should last 6 months to a year. Weeks later I prepay over the phone for the product they plan to inject ($ 545.98) and two days later they call and say they can’t use this product, the product I need requires another $ 102.58!!! I had the injection (the technician who performed it was wonderful!). This great product that was suppose to last 6 months to a year, never helped! At all! I have now received a statement in the mail which I can make neither heads nor tails of. I feel cheated!
