I go to this location weekly I’m always treated with great service. The sandwiches never disappoint. Keep up the good work.

What’s this? A great experience at a Subway? Yep.
Judging by the horrible previous reviews from years ago I’m guessing that management here is either new or started reading Unilocal and fixing the issues. Either way, this place has pulled a 180.
Fast and efficient. Even though I walked into a line behind 4 people I was still in and out with a sandwich in hand in under 5 minutes. Can’t remember the last time that has happened at any Subway.
Location was super clean, portions were standard. Big bonus — they have outdoor tables at this location. I will definitely come back.

Horrible place. I did not think it was possible to have a 1 star subway but this place is it. Terrible pricing, small portions, I deleted most vegetables and asked for some of the others and they metered them out. I asked for some extra since I deleted others and they added a tiny bit to shut me up. They were out of two breads as well. How do you run out of frozen breads. Avoid this one find another.

First off — I had gone to this location for over a decade. It was once my favorite, and the owner (?) was always friendly. Even in recent years, the young woman who was there whenever I went in was friendly and prepared things well enough. Not anymore.
The service was getting iffy and I had been seeing some new faces, but the last time I went was the nail in the coffin. When my son and I went in, we were greeted by the woman I’ve seen there for a while and she started making a sandwich for my son and told a new-​looking woman to begin my salad. This woman never said hello, looked at other places in the room while asking me things, and did not pay attention to what I was saying (putting on things I had not asked for, not putting on things until I asked two or three times). I even asked twice if I could just have the other woman make my salad instead, but she told me no and rolled her eyes. Then, as she was pouring the salad into the to-​go dish, half of it dumped out onto the counter. Where meat and other things had just been sitting and was still visibly dirty. She grabbed the pile and tossed in into the dish, still only glancing at it and not really seeming to pay attention. It was gross. When I spoke up and said I would not want it after that, she only asked why then turned to look at the other woman. The other woman asked her «What?» but instead of telling her what happened, she just continued to look at her and said «She doesn’t want it now.» and I had to explain why. It was massively unprofessional, not to mention all the eye rolling was rude. It was a simple order but she acted like I was asking for the moon.
I went ahead and finished getting the sandwich for my son, but we went to the Subway on El Camino (just past Eastern, near the high school) where the service was WAY friendlier. Actually, they even apologized for the bad experience I had, even though they are in no way tied to that shop and told me that it was not the first time they had heard something similar about that shop. Plus, when I told a coworker about this incident, she said she had had a bad experience recently also. I don’t know why the staff suddenly has such bad attitudes or where their sense of cleanliness went, but I will never plan to go to this location again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

This have NO Customer service and 2 napkins for 3 foot long subs. Oh yeah, 5 olives for a foot long. They are not worth going to. Everyone has an attitude and no seating. Give me your money and get out of here.

Read through the reviews, my experience was much different I was greeted by friendly staff, asked where their bathroom was (which they pointed me right to it). When I came out I asked for a salad (which was prepared very quickly)… Been here before, was here today, and will come again.

I hate to say it but I agree with a lot of the reviews. I do not stop at this location often and will likely never be in this area again but if I was I would not come here for lunch. The place just felt dirty and unkempt. I ate there anyway because I was hungry but I wouldn’t go again. There were not enough people working either.

I came here in hopes of leaving with a sandwich, in this instance that was not the case. First off the owner of this location should be fined for unsanitary conditions I had to temporarily had to endure. I walk in and instead of me smelling the fresh aroma of the bread I smell terrible B. O the owner asked what I wanted to order, and I had to say I walked in the wrong sandwich shop. Anyways I won’t be back to this location.

I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping in here for a sandwich on the way home today. It was the first and the last time I’d been to this Subway.
I walked into the store and there were 2 other people ordering ahead of me. One girl was ordering several sandwiches, which the staff was unable to manage. It was like it was the first time someone had ever ordered more than one sandwich at a time. Consequently, it took at least ten minutes for them to make her 2 sandwiches. It should not take THREE people to fill orders for two customers. It just shouldn’t. And if there ARE three people filling the orders of two people, it definitely shouldn’t take them TEN minutes to do so.
I can almost (ALMOST!) overlook the incompetence of the staff and the inappropriately long wait time. But what I absolutely cannot overlook is the fact that employee #4 was sweeping in the dining area amidst patrons eating, and then behind the counter where they were making sandwiches. Not only is that rude, it’s the same in my book as someone coughing and /​or sneezing in my food. I left revolted and disgusted.
Avoid, unless you want dust mites, fly particles, pubic hairs, and god knows what else swept into your sandwich fixins – a pleasure you will pay $ 5 for.
