What a Pizza

No matter where you live, they come to your door and leave trash taped to your door. They arn’t even coupons, just an ad. STOP LEAVING TRASH ON MY DOOR.

I love what A pizza. Affordable prices and good taste. Fresh products. I was a their customers for more than 5 years.

I ordered a pizza at 4 :12 it’s now 5:43 and I just got my pizza. The driver was apologetic which was nice. I don’t mind waiting for pizza if it’s good but let’s just say this was not good, and I won’t be ordering from them again

I just discovered this pizza place approximately a month ago after they left a flier at my new home. The deals are awesome. I’m not a big pizza fan but it’s pretty good. If you like Cheese puzza this is «the» place to go but the toppings are not enough. It had maybe 10 small Sausage on entire pizza and mushroom not any better. So I tried to order double Sausage and it still was not enough compared to average. I am disappointed in there toppings. We had 2 slices with nothing but cheese even after ordering double Sausage. like I said it isn’t just the meat because the mushroom was spare too. I love the BBQ chicken wings ! Taste like they came straight off a BBQ grill, char and all (not burnt). Garlic bread is kinda bland, tastes like cheesy bread but if you don’t mind cheese bread and we don’t than you will like it.
They do a lot of cheese, more than any other pizza place but you may wanna order triple the toppings to compare to most pizza places.
Friendly fast delivery. If they did correct on the toppings I would have given 5 stars but I had to knock off 2 for this. Sorry guys.
I will order again but triple toppings.

I work at public storage next door, and I always come here on my lunch. The Owner/​manager (Sid) is amazing! He is is patient and kind every time I place an order or if I’m late! Definitely recommend this what a pizza location over any other in Sacramento! Their pizza is such great quality and amazingly low prices! Thank you Sid!!!

We normally use coupons and get Round Table Pizza. It’s usually my wife, daughter, and myself, so we don’ need anything other than one large pizza.
This past Sunday we had eight people over to watch some football. Knowing the costs of two X-​Large pizzas would be $ 50+ at round table, I decided to look for a cheaper alternative. We recently moved close to Ancil Hoffman, and our normal go-​to for reasonably priced pizza (Pizza Guys) could not deliver to our location. I googled and did not find a lot of options, but I did see What-​a-​pizza. Two X-​Large pizzas with delivery came out to $ 29.
The pizza was a little doughy, but definitely not bad at all. I will use them again for larger groups.

Ordered an extra large pizza and they had a New Years special until February. It was if you order an extra large pizza, you get a drink; breadsticks, chicken wings and then an extra medium pepperoni pizza for free. We ordered this at 3:50, they told us it would be a 55minute wait. Which is a long time but they came at 4:45pm, we tipped $ 5. After he left we realized they forgot our medium pizza. We called them immediately, they apologized, said its been a busy night and that they would deliver us the medium pizza that they forgot. They took so long that we finally called and asked if they could compensate us now. Since the pepperoni pizza was for the kids and they were starving. They apologized but management said they couldn’t give anything to compensate. So we asked for our $ 5 tip back. At first they said no, that was for the drivers and separate but we reminded them they all work for the same company and they do not deserve the $ 5 tip… So they said that was fine that we could have it back. Finally the pizza showed up at 6:36pm. This was our first time even ordering from this place and also the last time. I do not suggest your waste your time on these guys unless you like an hour wait and wrong orders and nothing at all to compensate for it. I would give zero starts if I could. It took from 3:45 pm until 6:35 to get our full order. Almost 3 hours.

The best pizza I’ve ever had, they offer salami, they’re cheap, and they make the pizzas quickly! The employees are really nice and very apologetic when they make a mistake and try their best to make up for it.
The only reason I took off a star is because they have made some mistakes on the pizzas, they sometimes don’t answer the phone, and their employees are not well versed in current sales. I still highly recommend!

They always late never on time I ordered soda and jalapeños and ranch and I never got any of those. Bad costumer service. I ordered every week but not anymore

Great prices especially for the quality. Generous with toppings!
Friendly staff also which is a plus.
People complaining about long delivery times are sad because when they quote you a time, it’s a QUOTE, it’s not absolute. They have the rest of their business to attend to.

I used to like this place… you’d get a good amount of food for what you were spending and the pizza was pretty good. But the last 2 times I’ve ordered delivery they arrived over an hour late. So I won’t be ordering from them anymore…

This place sucks major ass! They have horrible service this is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza from them and they have not delivered my pizza its been almost two hours now and when I call the restaurant the gal on the phone didn’t care that they haven’t delivered my pizza, she tells me it’s it’s going to be another 45 minutes on top of the almost two hours I’ve already wasted waiting. Do not have anything delivered from them they don’t care and have horrible customer service!

Ordered online 1 hour and half ago. Got a text message that they have problem contacting the restaurant. Called they said they need extra 30 minutes to deliver. 2 hours waiting to get a pizza?! Not worth it. Not gonna order again.

Pizzas are good, wait time can be bad. The owner delivered my pizza when it was very late, he apologized and was very nice.

I would have to say this is the worst pizza place ever. No wonder they give away pizzas. I ordered a special that came with wings, large pizza, garlic bread, cinnamon buns and a cherry Pepsi soda. Well… Lemme tell you… Both pizzas were burnt, I had something that resembled chicken (not chicken wings) and it was burnt to a crisp which made them inedible. The garlic bread was really dry like it was setting out all day… Sadly no cherry Pepsi either. Top it off we waited over an hour and half. The only thing that was great were the store bought cinnamon rolls. Thanks what a pizza crap.

I’ve seen a lot of bad Unilocal!reviews lately so I went to check it out. First off, this place is now grandma approved (See below)! Second off, I can’t believe Unilocal!allows people to leave bad reviews because someone got a flyer on their door? That seems ludicrous. I know good Unilocal!‘rs take the time to go through the reviews and you’ll notice a bunch of them are about having a flyer left on their door. Get out of here with that!
Pizza:
This was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! I spent some time speaking with Sid, the owner, and Todd — Todd is a pizza artisan with years and years of experience — and they told me some really great things about what makes them special and why the pizza is so good. Here’s my thoughts:
1. FRESH DOUGH EVERY DAY! — No frozen old stuff that’s going to be chewy when you bite into it. They make the dough by hand using a recipe that has been perfected over 17+ years and I could definitely taste it. It was delicious!
2. Family owned! — They care about the business because it’s theirs, which means they care about the customer.
3. The taste! Ok so this one is me, but the pizza was amazing, and my grandma thought so too! I took an X-​Large over to her house for lunch, well grandma went hard on the X-​Large and I don’t know if she left any for grandpa.

PLEASE READ, The owner is a thief. I got double charged through their online order system. I went in, showed him on my phone my bank statement showing 2 charges, on the same day, for different amounts. He wants me to print out my statement and bring it in! I told him that’s my job, nor do I have time. He looked around and said «I’m too busy to». Unbelievable!!! Worst customer service ever, and for only $ 25.18. All this happened because he told me come back today so he could call his merchant services since he had the pin. Oh, by the way, it took 1hr 15mins for delivery (on a Monday), and the pizza was worse than dominos.

As far as the quality of food goes I have no complaints. I’m never been to the location and I always use them for delivery.
I however feel that they like good customer service on the phone and they tend to put people on hold for a long period of time including myself. Last time I ordered I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes.
I then hung up the phone redialed and spoke with the same female who told me I would need to hold again.
I then told the female that I had been on hold for almost 10 minutes and she told me I still need to hold.
I then hung up the phone and place my order with a different place.
