Epic Home Systems

Wow! talk about great customer service! Jeremy helped me install various electronics (flat screen TV, bluetooth stereo interface, wireless router, etc.) on my boat. While Epic specializes in hi-​end HOME installations and my project was neither a home installation nor particularly hi-​end, this didn’t seem to present the slightest challenge or annoyance to Jeremy. Of course, I know the installation wasn’t easy. In fact, I’m sure it was more difficult than most home installations Epic does. Not only is space at a premium on a boat, but working in those tight spaces has got to be extra tough!
Anyway, the work was done in a timely fashion, with Jeremy working past normal business hours to get the job done by the deadline he promised. He’s outgoing, friendly, creative, intelligent, and communicates really well. Via email, he responds quickly. Via text message, he responds almost instantaneously!
I could not be more pleased with the end result. I’m planning on having a substantial home system installed in the next year and when that time comes, I know I’ll be giving Epic a call!
