I picked up an online order today. It’s was a fisher price power wheels truck weighing 42 lbs. When the clerk brought the box out of the back it was mangled and had large holes in it. I asked him what happened and he said it must have happened during shipping. I stood there taking pictures of the box while he asked me to sign for it. I guess we’ll see soon enough if all of the parts are inside.

I will never come to this location unless it was for an emergency evacuation. I understand that Walmart is not a facility that has a good reputation. However, it’s the holidays which means in the customer service industry that you’re extra cheerful and polite to the patrons. Unfortunately this was not the case. I had to grab a few things and I happened to be in the area. Upon entering the store the greeter didn’t greet anyone. Then a cashier was very rude and needed my ID for a purchase. She set it on the counter and I picked it up. She then proceeded to say that she forgot to put in the license number. I know my number by heart so I stated it. She said I need to see your ID again. I politely stated I just gave you the number. Next thing I know, she turns the screen around and says she needs to put it in. Instead of going to another level, I handed her my ID back. When she was di e with it, instead of placing it in my hand like I did for her, she put it back on the counter. I informed her that she could show the same respect that was given and handed it back to me. I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years. I know how to treat a patron. I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. Cheer up Ms. Linda it’s holiday season and you are at work!

Not great! Too many empty pegs, out-of-stock. What is here is a bit rummaged. And this unit has that dismal brown floor that just makes the whole place feel dark and dirty. But other than that, it’s fine!

I just left this Wal-Mart in bridgeville/carnegie about 20 minutes ago, around midnight. I went there to cash my 260 $ paycheck and the cashier told me that walmart was out of money they didn’t have 260 dollars to cash a check… walmart not having money… sounds legit… total bullshit, everyone I know will know about this experience and I do not think I will go to that walmart ever again for anything

I personally am not a fan of Wally World to begin with and this is a typical Wal-Mart. Has what you’re looking for but the the hassle of trying to go through the overcrowded lines with little staff at the registers while there always seems to be plenty of workers standing around the store chatting to each other is just not worth the frustration. I always regret it when I «run in just for a minute».

I generally stay away from Walfart unless there is no other option but I needed a lot of miscellaneous things and didn’t want to make ten different stops so I found myself here. Horrible mistake! I’ve never seen a store set up the way this one was, it was a completely different layout than other locations. The aisles were packed(@2p) with employees stocking(which should be done overnight or in the early am) and other shoppers so it was difficult to maneuver my cart at times. The grocery selection is abysmal… All in all, it’s what you would expect from a walfart

This is like the little Walmart that couldn’t. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe this use to be just a Walmart. They have attempted to make it a Super Center. What a horribly dumb idea. If Hoarders were to do a show that concentrated on establishments, I’m fairly sure this location would be one such location. I literally walked around, and around, looking for an item that I passed several times. Stupid me, I guess the logic of organization I have does not pertain to here. Plus side here, the sinks work in the men’s restroom finally.

This Wal Mart stinks!!! It’s dirty, poorly organized, and the shoppers are often jerks.

I concur with the other reviewers; this Wal Mart is an abyss of poor layout, sullen employees, and overall dysfunction. Apparently and unfortunately, this is the nearest Wal mart to my new stomping grounds of Beechview, and due to moving into a house, Kay and I have been here three times since I closed two Fridays ago. The sinks in the men’s restroom haven’t worked at all during each visit. Half of the self-checkout machines do not work. They never seem to have enough cashiers on duty. And Wal Mart is an evil corporation with no accountability to the public. I hate myself for shopping here. Truly. The Mart of Wall’s low cost comes with a high pricetag for society. Sadly, if you need something late at night, where else can you go? P. S. My receipt reads«Self Checkout. Fast. Fun. Easy.» Really? Are they joking? P. P. S. I write this in solidarity with those who are forced to shop at and work for Wal Mart.

As far as I’m concerned all Walmart’s are the armpits of the world, and this one might just be the worst. Well I’m sure there’s one in the deep south that might be worse, but this place is bad. March 26, 2011, my Aunt goes to this Walmart to buy my mother a birthday present, let’s say a «widget» which was something my mother didn’t want. Fast forward to June 1, 2011. My mother decided to finally return it. So she gets in her little car and makes the trip out to return it and get herself something else. So I called her the next day and she told me how rude the gentleman at the return counter was, and she started telling me how she waited in line 30 minutes to finally see someone about returning the«WIDGET» and getting a «SCANUTERVALVE» instead, The«Oh so happy to serve you» Walmart return associate looks at the bill and says«You can’t return this, it’s past 90 days and pushes it back to her and yells«NEXTPLEASE!» Anyone with an elderly mother would do what I did, I went to her place, picked up the«Widget» and her and took her to this«ARMPIT» and I stood in line for twenty three minutes waiting to see this guy who sent my dear elderly mother home without her Scanuter Valve. Low and behold the«MATHWIZARD» who thought June 1 was 90 days from March 26 was working, and my luck was double because I got him. I walked up to the counter and said«she was here last night and she wants to return this» and Mr Wizard retorted«Again, this can’t be returned, it’s past 90 days» and i said«excuse me but June 25 will be 90 days, go ahead and take off your shoes and count, I’ll wait.» Well he shot me a dirty look, which I returned and he called the manager over. The manager looked at the receipt and said«It’s not 90 days yet, I’m sorry sir, yes you can have your money back.» Well Mr Wizard wasn’t a happy Walmart associate but I was very pleased that the manager was at least a high school graduate and could do simple math in his head. What’s the lesson here kids? Stay the F&@% out of Walmart. PS Mom got her Scanuter Valve and now she’s happy.
