I used Tahoe North Rentals this past year(2012⁄2013 ski season) for my groups annual ski lease. Stephanie and team are the most professional rental agency I have dealt with. This is the 3rd year of our lease and we’ve used two other companies that we’re lacking in service. Stephanie is prompt, responsive, and fair. She communicates well via email, phone, and in person. I really found it a joy to work with someone that was on top of everything that happened at the property. All communication was returned within 24 hours or less, all issues were resolved quickly and properly. Tahoe north takes their job as a service organization seriously, and is really there to serve you — the customer. This is an area where many Tahoe rental companies are lacking. All fees were communicated up front, and I felt they were very fair. The house came with a detailed set of documents to walk us through the all the houses features, a house manual would be the best way to describe it, very useful! To give an example of the service oriented customer first nature of the team at Tahoe north: Stephanie had emailed me regarding a bill switchover error. I had transferred bills into my name prior to our move in date, but somehow the electric company failed to make the change. First, she was understanding that it was an error on the electric companies side(no judgement or accusation on her side). I then responded to her that I would get her the payment form so she could direct debit my account, however I was on vacation so it might take me a some time. She responded by sending me a completed debit form, based on a prior form I had filled out, and let me approve via email. Easy, efficient, customer focused — love it. I will be using Tahoe North moving forward for our annual ski lease. In summary: customer advocate easy to work with organized prompt great communication
