Shockingly bad customer service. Never answer the phone, voicemail boxes frequently full, and lots of «that was another guy’s fault.» Bought a transmission under warranty, and it failed after 3 months. It took Weaver 5 months to replace the transmission! That second transmission failed within 24 hours. It’s over $ 500 to remove/replace the tranny each time, so they expect me to pay $ 500 again to replace their bad part. There is no penalty to them to keep shipping garbage parts because they know I have to pay labor. I feel they have a moral obligation to pay for the labor on the SECOND bad part they sent me, especially since it didn’t last one day. I gladly paid labor for the first one since my contract didn’t include labor. Of course, they don’t see it that way. I would advise buying your next part at a more reliable, moral, professional, and quality establishment.

These guys are great. Good price and better service. Ordered an engine from them and worked great!

First off, these guys have poor phone manners. They never called me back when they said they would. They raised the price on me after they giving me a verbal. They never sent me the pictures of the parts they promised. Instead they just said the parts were in good condition. They overcharged my credit card and I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get the excess refunded. And when the part finally arrived, it wasn’t in the good condition they claimed over the phone. One word: horrible.
