Always a great experience at Pointe. Never had heard of them until one day back in 2009 when browsing Pontiac G8’s online. They had several in stock, and at the time, as I shopped, they were one of the only dealers where the person I dealt with was not only NOT a robot, but was 24⁄7 helpful in live time by email, and made it almost too easy. I drove 2 hours from Southern Delaware to pick up the car, and not only used to go back for service, but my family has had 2 vehicles since then back to back from Pointe. I’ve work for a different car brand in sales & management for over 5 years, and Pointe still stands out as a place of «how it should be». Highly recommended, with offers you would expect from a large store (which they are not), with the personal service and easy dealings a small hometown store should be. Great place to deal with, start to finish in every way.
