A Personal Touch of Class

We called to get out carpet cleaned this morning, he was here within 2hours. Did a great and thorough job and was able to remove most of our troubled spots. Will definitely be using them again

I have been using this company for YEARS now.
I run a daycare out of my own home, so my carpet takes a beating. There is NOTHING that A Personal Touch couldn’t handle. They are not as expensive as other companies that I have priced out. That is important, but most important is the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I can’t even tell you how amazing these people are. From the woman you talk to on the phone to set up the cleaning, to the people that actual come to your house, they are wonderful. I don’t want to deal with anyone else!
They understood the need to move a lot of furniture in our basement because of a visiting «spraying» cat. They really do everything they can to make things easier.
This weekend, they needed to follow my husband from our house where they cleaned to our renter’s townhouse because our renters had a dog that peed on all.of.our.carpets. The woman that answered the phone understood everything we were going through (our tenant wasn’t supposed to have animals AT ALL) and made our lives easier. I can’t thank them enough for that!

I will ALWAYS be using them in the future!

Recently, they posted an ad on Facebook and for some reason, I took a chance, and I could not be happier with the results!
When I called to book the carpet cleaning the woman who I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. She then called again the morning of to confirm that the guys were on their way and to ensure that I was home.
When they arrived, they pretreated all the carpet, took care of all the random spots and then began cleaning the carpet. The guys were super friendly (and tolerated my kids relentless questions). I have to say, our carpet looks better than when we moved in!
I will definitely be using their services again, I cannot speak highly enough of them!
