AutoZone

Was freaking out because my wouldn’t start. Found out it was battery. Got it to Autozone and Orlando was amazing! He got me a new battery (didn’t try to sell me the most expensive one) and even installed it for me! He was so friendly and helpful. Saved me from having to deal with the dealership! If you stop in see Orlando he works in the evening! :)

This place is totally beyond my expectation. I was supposed to get the refrigerant to recharge my 1993 car’s A/​C by myself without knowing anything. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful. He guided me through all the process and got it work again. Great service!

I had to buy a new battery. After they installed it my car wouldn’t start. Found out they didn’t tighten the cable. Wish they would take a little more time to do the job correct!

I came in needing a headlight replaced. They weren’t sure whether or not they could replace it if I came (I called prior) so I arrived since it was close. The auto tech was really friendly and dealt with my needs in a nice manner (John was his name). I felt incompetent enough not knowing how to do a simple headlight replacement, but he helped me regardless without judgement. It was a pleasant experience due to his kindness!

My ancient Saab has a hatchback or fifth door as it may be called. There’s two hydraulic hinges that hold it open when you need to access the trunk. After years of use and abuse, both of them have lost their ability to lock the hatch in place while open.
A friend of mine who is an auto mechanic loves this store as it is close to his house. We stopped by here together and were pointed towards the hinge area. There wasn’t an exact part number match for the hinge we needed, but there were several that looked similar in both size and design.
The clerk that was manning the register was very helpful in allowing us to take out about a half-​dozen hinges to my hatchback to see if they would connect properly. We went back and forth taking hinge after hinges out of the package and testing it on my Saab. Unfortunately, none of were the correct size.
We put all of the parts back and the guy who helped us previously was able to find the correct part number in the AutoZone computer system. It wasn’t a part they normally stocked, but it was in stock in their distribution center. For $ 52 each, he was able to order two hinges and have them in store within three days, which was much quicker than had been quoted at other auto parts stores and garages.
My friend and I received fantastic service from this location. I will come back for more of my automotive needs, hopefully just not too often if you know what I mean!

I don’t like automotive stores because it’s not my thing, but the employees are always nice when my car is giving me errors. My husband has them run a diagnostic tool to figure out what might be wrong before we take it into the dealer.

The guy really had no idea what I was saying. That said he was able to guide us in the right direction to figure out what was wrong. We fixed the car right in the parking lot.

Terrible service. The «gentleman» who helped me was incredibly rude. I’m giving this place an extra star because there is one guy who is really cool and cordial, but with so many locations nearby there’s no reason to go to this one.
In general AutoZone isn’t the best place to shop for parts. They will fight you on any return no matter how legitimate, even if they give you the wrong part.
