Burger King

Over a decade this place goes through so many managers and employees it’s a joke the service is the worse! McDonalds from across isn’t to far behind. Good food but BAD SERVICE!!! Somehow Wendy’s which had the best service in my opinion closed down. I’ve been to other places were staff didn’t speak the best English or it was to loud. But they got my order right… Look at the reviews when this BK closes you will know why.

Absolute worst Burger King in Chicagoland area. Never go here. Drive-​through had two cars and took over 15 minutes. Then we’re not even greeted with an apology or a hello. Immediately asked for money which was the for the wrong order anyway. Never ever ever go to this Burger King.

We eat at this location fairly often and thankfully we have always had a good experience. We would rate it one of the best BK’s we’ve been to. We always use the drive thru and our orders are almost always correct. I will say they sometimes salt our fries even though we ask for unsalted, but, otherwise it’s all good. They’ve at least not been so salty that we can’t eat them, but, we just prefer no salt.

Terrible service, which you would expect from a Burger King but it took 5 minutes for them to understand that I wanted a Whopper without tomato and another 2 minutes to punch it in the machine. When I got my Whopper it had a tomato on it.

Ordered food and went to fill 3 drink cups. Ice machine in pop dispenser not working, went to counter and got 4 – 5 cubes of ice in each cup, laughed and asked for a FULL cup of ice and she returned, after doing some other orders, with a cup of ice to disperse into our 3 med sized cups,??? Leaving us with ¹⁄₃ cup of ice… Running short on time for a job, we couldn’t wait for her to do 4 more trips to fill our cups, had to leave… we work outside so the ice melts fast n the truck,… had to hit up a gas station. O_​o

Had to give one star or it wouldn’t get any. THE worst Burger King around. Slow service… Took so long I was sure the food would be hot. Whopper and fries cold. My friend ordered a hot fudge Sunday and it was disgusting! Runny and crunchy ice in it. Avoid at all costs!

this deserves no stars and neg 5 stars! i went there tonight and i am an employee of another bk. this bk treats there employees like garbage! because i don’t work at their location and they have a different management than the bk i work at, they refused to give me 10% employee discount and refused to give my dad who is 74 years old his senior discount because they know i am an employee at a diff location. after we got our sundaes with strawberry topping, we had to call because they made them wrong. they gave us strawberry shake mix and thats a powdery syrup and not fresh strawberries like all bk’s use. when i called i was hung up on every time when they knew it was me. they were extremly rude… especially the manager! she needs to be demoted and than fired! i will be on the phone with tri city management on monday morning and i will be sure that manager is either demoted or not working there anymore. they treat their customers with no respect whatsoever and they are plain rude and the food is old and they never change the oil. please do yourself a favor and go to a diff bk. thanks

I can’t decide what fast food chain is worse, Mcds or BK. Both are equally nasty and serve what is a poor excuse for food. I’ve never seen a clean BK and this one is no different. I’ve also never seen a BK and MCDs that can understand I want a plain burger. How hard is that to understand ??

Gross, surprise this place has not closed. The oil for the French fries is so old and smells bad. Cold old burgers… bad Customer service I’m going to call corporate. Its just that baddd!

Usually my boyfriend and I would usually eat at the local Jewel or Mcdonald’s that are around the complex, but we chose to randomly go eat at Burger King.
Little did I know that this choice was going to be very regretting. I find it ironic how Mcdonald’s is always busy but this place (right in front of McD) was so deserted. Everything was fine when we ordered our food. The wait was a bit long for just fries and a 10-​piece chicken nugget order. The minute I picked up a fry, I noticed a little greenish/​grayish spec on it. MOLD. Very noticeable that it was not just some dust or something.
We went to the counter and told the employee there, and when we told her that this is MOLD, she did not know if it really was. She wasn’t rude about it-​she offered us a replacement with Onion Rings. But really, I would NEVER ever go near this place again. Mold is a HUGE problem and risking your health is the BIGGEST CONCERN YET.

Food is fine but do not go there during a busy time. I waited 18 minutes with 4 people ahead of me in the drive through. They can’t handle a crowd well. I was in a hurry and was very upset it took so long.

Bought a big fish sandwich and classic chicken sandwich. Neither were edible. The fish was burned & dried out. It looks previously cooked and was then thrown back in the deep fryer. I tried a small bite & on top of being over cooked it was way too salty. The chicken sandwich was ground up chicken with more breading than chicken, and again too salty. I will say that I called up to complain and brought it back to the restaurant for a full refund.
